A few CNA's had been verbally abusive to me. When a complaint was made, instead of reassigning care delivery by replacing assigned CNA; instead I experienced a confrontation with the CNA ("Song" a Filipino woman) who angrily confronted me + my family member.
When I asserted a want to pursue a complaint with "Ombudsman for long term care" we were told onsite social worker would schedule a visit... EVERY visit scheduled by "Ombudsman" so conveniently for facility 'just happened to councide

I am very fortunate to be here! The care from housekeeping, CNA, nursing, PT, and all the staff have been professional yet caring.
Laurie from respiratory has gone above and beyond!
Adriana, activities director has been godsend with all her activities she has provided for the patients. Her and her staff brings a sense of kindness and home, such as the Mother's Day lunch she prepared ON HER OWN! We had music from Star not to mention the
soup was fantastic!!!
I strongly recommend the Loma Care Center.

The Physical Therapy team has been awesome, helping me increase strength and stamina after a 10 hour “Big Surgery”…

#OneDayJaw - necessitated after water damage, mold & mycotoxin induced cancer diagnosis. 😭

All PT team members have pushed, gently, and encouraged me to do more each session. The kindness, dignity & professionalism - and homey atmosphere is much appreciated and helpful under some particularly dire circumstances. 😀

The Speech therapy team is also awesome and a highlight of this part of my journey back to health.😊

The nursing staff has been kind professional and attentive.
A few in particular have exceeded expectations and comfort and care 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️

The transition from hospital to here was less than stellar a few weeks ago but the Loma Linda Sub Acute Care worked diligently to get matters on track. 👍

There will definitely be a chapter in the book I aim to write for and about boomers with health challenges and maneuvering through the system with optimal results.

I was here from the end of May 2023 end of July 2023 and I was treated with the most respect Karen love from all of the employees and staff. I felt like family there. Even the recreation team really cared about each and everyone of their patients help them to sit to play games help feed those that needed help feeding. I highly highly highly recommended as a patient. I absolutely loved it, and when it was time to be discharged, I truly was sad to leave all my friends that I made there……..

My husband has been at Linda Valley for some time now due to his health issues. Since he has been here the staff has been so professional, helpful, compassionate and kind. They work very hard to make sure the patient is comfortable and get answers for whatever questions they may have. They have their own transportation van and their driver is so careful, sweet and kind. She makes sure he got to his appointment location on time. She was so concerned about the cold day that she preheated their transportation van ahead of time so my husband wasn't so cold.♥️ They do their best to follow the restricted diets the patients may have. Kindness, compassion and understanding goes a long way and my husband has appreciated all the staff has done for him.
I've appreciated it also because after visiting with him, I wasn't as worried because I knew they would take care of him and call me if they needed.
My sincere thanks to all at Linda Valley Health Care Center. 🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼

This facility deserves 20 stars in my opinion. I was taken here with a severe back injury and during the next two weeks got to meet some of the most caring and wonderful people imaginable. Dr. Pai is one of the most personable and compassionate doctors I've ever met. The nursing staff gave me the best care imaginable. Everyone I saw they treated with dignity and respect. I had a CNA hold my hand and give me comforting words while I was at my most vulnerable. I was in agony and terrified and she calmed me and stayed with me until the spasms subsided. She came in every morning to check on me even when she was assigned to the other side of the facility. I will never forget her. My ONLY complaint is the food. Sometimes it's excellent, sometimes, not so much. I want to take this opportunity to give my most fervent and sincere thank you to the staff of Linda Valley. You were the only good thing to come from my injury and hopefully soon (I had the surgery last week) I will be able to walk in unassisted an thank each of you personally.

Recently had to place my dad in a facility temporarily due to a stroke, we had him in one before this one and it was so horrible I pulled him out and take him to er! I showed up at linda valley unannounced asking to see the place and was greeted by Rachelle who was happy to show me around. She was so nice and understanding and assured me they would take good care of my dad, I was an emotional mess! As we walked around I noticed how clean the facility was , and the other patients and residents seemed to be happy and well cared for, which helped my decision in placing him there.
My dad has been here for over 2 weeks now, the pt program has been excellent, most all the cna's, nurses and helpers have been so awesome in taking good care of him. Whatever concerns there may have been were taken care of immediately. And my dad likes the food! They actually peel their potatoes 😊 they take the time to care for their patients! They CARE about their patients. THANK YOU LINDA VALLEY CARE CENTER THANK YOU!!!!!!
