Michelle was absolutely no help and rather rude. Put me on hold 3 times to still not refill my prescription. So I had to wait extra 1 hour at superstore while they refilled my prescription. Not impressed

worst UI ive seen for a pharmacy website to the point i couldnt figure out how to get a prescription refilled. no info on prescription label in regards to store number. having your prescription refill hidden behind a FAQ Learn More button is the dumbest thing ive seen in a long time

Everyone there is always helpful and kind to me, I’ve been with them for years that they remember me and my name, I’m never changing my pharmacy to another one in town, I’ll only ever change when I move.

Called 3 days ahead of time to make sure my mom will have her medication she needs prior to her chemotherapy. They assured me it would be there there and then hung up. My sister arrives to pick up my mom's medication. Says it was never made because there was two prescriptions already filled. So now my mom has 20 minutes to get to her appointment and doesn't have the medication she needed. I will never fill my prescription here again or any of my mom's.

Even when you call in prescriptions to be filled ahead of time. I still have to wait 40 minutes for a prescription to be filled. They take their willy nilly time with anything and everything. No sense of urgency.

I've switched pharmacies. The new one always has my prescription filled ahead of time without me asking. IF i'm about to run out they'll make an online appointment for me to fill prescription.

Don't know who's fault this is. But its annoying.

I was told that I'm not allowed to buy more than one syringe for my medication due to covid.
I'm allowed to have 10 needles but one syringe is too much?
Now one can say "maybe they're running low for the vaccines."
That just doesn't make any sense, if they were running low they'd need the actual needle not the syringe.
Either way a bit disappointed that I have to go to another pharmacy to get what I would've been able to get at one store.
