My husband and I have both had a great experience with a wide variety of doctors. We’ve each see our own family practitioner and we love them both. Both caring, kind and helpful. We’ve both been to physical therapy for two different reasons and received great treatment and the facility has beautiful views and very big and well equipped. We both have had imagining and X-rays done quickly. My husband broke his wrist and had to go to ER that had him out in less than an hour and followed up with a great orthopedist. AND he’s gone to see the visiting ear, nose and throat doctor and had a great experience. Plus there is never a wait. Highly recommend this medical building’s services! I

Well, let me tell you all a little story. Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend, we were up near Chico for a family wedding when I got hooked up in a 220v circuit cooking the rehearsal dinner on a stove that was conducting through the element. My wife, 9 months pregnant, takes me 30 miles down to the ER at 1 AM because I was having chest pains and wanted to make sure I wasn't in arrhythmia. Was into the ER room and being seen by a cardiology crash team within minutes of arrival. Got me on a EKG and drew blood and saw an MD with 20 minutes. Heart was in good rhythm, so they monitored me until my heart slowed down and then sent me home. Told them thanks and if they saw me again it would be for my wife....

Which brings me to Saturday night at 1 AM when my wife wakes me up to tell me she's in labor. Pack our stuff and get on the road with hopes of making it home to Butte, but at Livingston we decide we'll take the port in the storm having been much impressed with my experience the night before. This time my wife goes into the ER and within 10 minutes we're on our way to labor and delivery. Within an hour the MD, Dr. Hatch is in, and is calmly assessing our situation for the very first time. Does all her due diligence, gets all the records she can, and by mid-morning, she is quarterbacking my wife through a really hard delivery. Brand new baby arrives after a heroic labor by his mother and for the next two days, the nursing staff led by Jen treats us like absolute gold. Saw a series of good Doctors over our time and we're ultimately discharged to home on Tuesday.

So that's our experience with the Livingston hospital. I can't say enough good things about it, especially the quality of the labor and delivery department. We were literally strangers in the night on a busy holiday weekend and they made us feel like family and most importantly kept us all safe.

Currently sitting in the ER with my daughter and the staff including the doctor are absolutely rude !!! Not telling her what their going to do before they do it , lack of empathy . After we are done here, We are done with this hospital and will travel to Bozeman from her on out ! Dr.Gyerico , RN Holly and Joe and Techs Steph and Steve , I hope you see this and maybe start treating your patients better !!!

The staff was very nice but the billing was a nightmare. The general items I had there were covered by my insurance but I was told by my insurance company it had been coded wrong. When I called the billing department they told me to read the Dr notes- I am not a medical professional- how am I supposed to decipher the notes of a DR and know how that is supposed to be coded? What should have been a $25 co pay turned into over $150.00 because nobody knew what they were doing. I will find a primary care provider in Bozeman. I will not go back to Livingston Healthcare. Very disappointing.

The fact that many in the community (me included) joke that Livingston Healthcare will kill you is atrocious. There have been 2 medical emergencies I accompanied family members with there and I have never been so in shock at the lack of bedside manner and ability to treat a patient quickly, responsibly, and effectively (mitigating further harm/damage). Both situations could have resulted in death and there was a strong possibility of medical malpractice. Although I joke, I am terrified that me or a family member/friend will experience an emergency that requires we go here. PLEASE be better. Lives are literally at stake.

Brought my dad in to ER when he was having an active stroke. They did CT scan that showed he had/having a stroke. They couldn’t do a MRI till morning so they kept him over night. They did not give him any medication other than to stop the throwing up. The next morning they refused to do the MRI. I pulled him out of hospital and took him to the Bozeman ER. They did the MRI and a bunch of other tests, called Salt lake for advice and treated him with medication to break the clot up. He went 16hrs without medical intervention sitting at Livingston Healthcare.

People that work in healthcare need to be MORE compassionate and caring than people in other professions. This hospital is biased towards people and they are judgmental of their patients. I have literally almost died at this hospital because the doctor was apparently happy to see me suffer. Be warned, and know you may very well be completely treated like garbage by people with no remorse. Totally disappointed by the majority of the people that work here, however, there are several that are too good to work here. If you really want to roll the dice on your life, then give them a try.

We were on vacation at Yellowstone, and on our way back to Gardiner from Livingston at night, we hit an elk on Hwy 89. We were surprisingly unharmed, but my husband needed stitches for a cut on his hand. We had incredibly efficient and compassionate care at Livingston HealthCare!

The doctor and nurses were kind and friendly, and got him taken care of. When we were done, it was too late to get a ride, and the receptionist called everyone she could think of to try to get us a ride to the hotel we booked. One of the staff came out and let us know his shift ended in 15 min, and that he would be able to give us a ride!

What could have been a miserable experience was made so much better by the staff of Livingston HealthCare, they truly went above and beyond!
