I highly recommend Lionville Natural Pharmacy, and its head pharmacist Michael Briggs (PharmD). My insurance company suddenly raised its co-pay on one of my prescription medications, to a prohibitive sum. As an allergy to one of the filler-ingredients meant that I could not take the generic that they offered, I was left scrambling to find a new, affordable source of the med. Having had great experiences with Lionville Pharmacy over the past decade in relation to other prescriptions, I asked Mike Briggs if he could help me with this new, urgent situation. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful, and within a week he was able to provide me with a replacement compound of the drug that utlized a neutral, higher quality filler ingredient. As such, I now have a reliable source for my meds---I know where they come from, and exactly what's in them---and I pay a very affordable price indeed for this peace of mind.

Their staff are always super helpful and go above and beyond giving me solid advice and suggesting products. Ben and Mike are always willing to listen, offer their expert advice and put me back on the road to good health. I am more confident with them and their extensive knowledge of health and maladies, then I am with my regular doctor. Their products are top-notch, so I know I'm getting the best for my body and health.

I couldn't recommend the Lionville Natural Pharmacy enough - I have been going here with my mom since I was a young girl, and now as an adult I turned to Ben Briggs to help me through some health and hormone issues that I wasn't getting answers to but had an idea through my own research. Ben is brilliant and has dedicated his life to his business, understanding endocrinology and how the body works, amongst other things. He doesn't just provide answers, but the research to back it up. He is kind, thoughtful, and helps you to understand exactly what is going on with your health and what to do about it. Ben validated all of my symptoms through a thorough intake and discussion as well as testing. Mike Briggs is the exact same way and an amazing resource to turn to for health expertise as well and has helped me with questions throughout the years. Whenever I didn't trust what a doctor was telling me, I turned to them and usually found a different answer that made sense (through a holistic root cause approach and mind body connection). The best part is that they are a compounding pharmacy as well, so it's a one stop shop for your medications you can't get elsewhere, along with all of your supplements - which are only high quality, trusted brands. I recommend Lionville for your natural supplement/health food needs as well as the best health expertise! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well if you have any supplement questions.

Mike Briggs has zero interpersonal skills and really poor manners. I have the displeasure of dealing with him on a professional level when I tried to help them with their business before they moved locations and he was unkind in his delivery. It left a sour taste in my mouth even years later.
I visited the new location once out of curiosity about last year and there were two older women sitting in the back of the store (you could hear them but not see them) and even though they could tell someone entered the store, they kept chatting with each other and didn’t bother asking me if I needed help. So I walked out. I cannot recommend this place for all the reasons listed above.

I cannot recommend Lionville for their supplement consultation service. I consulted with Mike Briggs and was given a number of expensive supplements which I bought and took and that did not work for me. During the time I was taking them, I actually got much worse (but I can’t say if it was related or not, could be a coincidence).

The consult fee Includes a free follow-up visit and about a year later when I was finally starting to have the energy to get out of bed again, I reached out to ask if the offer was still valid. There was no mention of time limit previously provided nor is one listed on the website with regard to a consult with Mike, but I didn’t expect it and instead, I asked if it was still available to me. Three weeks and no response later, I asked again and I also inquired what the cost would be if not given for free because I wanted to give this another shot. I also asked that they respond to me either way. That was ten days ago and Lionville/Mike Briggs did not reply. I’m disappointed.
