Wow I’ve been changing pharmacies for the past 2 years and I think I finally found home. Don and Kenny have been extremely exceptional with their vast knowledge on all sorts of medications I take. I would always come in when they are piled with work yet these two gentlemen and the rest of the staff always treated me like family and that my conditions do matter. Thank you Link Pharmacy team, you guys have been a blessing!!!

Update 2/24:
Since posting my review I was contacted by the manager, who was very pleasant, at the Lake Forest location and reached out to me and my doctor to get my prescription going. Once we discussed everything I received my prescription within a few days. I wish it didn’t have to take me posting an initial 1-star negative review for someone to finally reach out and get things squared away. In any event, my situation was resolved and would recommend doing business with the Lake Forest location rather than the Whittier.
Original Review Posted: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My doctor recommended I use this pharmacy for my BC so I registered on their site and never received any type of confirmation. My doctor relayed to me she called in my prescription but never heard from Link Pharmacy. I tried calling the Whittier location and the girl who answered said she has no record of my registration or my prescription and to call the Lake Forest location and hung up. I called the Lake Forest location and the girl relayed the same information, they have no record of my registration or my prescription and asked for my Dr's information so she could call and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me for over a month and I'm out of medication. I suggest trying another mail order pharmacy. Link Pharmacy is the worst. I'd rather wait in the long lines at Walgreens or Rite-Aid because at least I know I'll get my medication.
