I am completely satisfied with the care I received. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They knew everyone's names. All questions were addressed in a timely manner and answered appropriately. The activities were fun and made us use and strengthen our motor skills. All my rehab needs were met. The meals were very tasty and the kitchen staff always acknowledged you.

What a nightmare experience! My 69 year old handicapped brother was at LindenGrove for rehabilitation. They reported to me two falls. They failed to report to his case manager nor me the extent of his injuries. He was taken to Froedert Menomonee Falls when I stated clearly to take to Aurora Emergency room. In Froedert emergency, double pneumonia, 102 fever, three broken ribs and a fractured hip. He is in the
ICU. This morning hip replacement surgery. The Dr. stated and I quote " It seems Lindengrove waited to long. This didn' t happen on the last fall."

A travesty to say the least. I had to dispatch the Police for a welfare check because of a malfunctioning telephone system prior to all of this havoc. Now I will ask for a formal investigation by the State.

To a person the staff is helpful, friendly and don’t talk down to the patients. The facility is clean and there is always laughter in the hallways. Special thanks to Catherine, Neal and Jessica (therapists), Catherine (aide), Stephanie (nurse) and the admins who coordinated transportation to outside appointments.

My mother in law was here for a few weeks for a rehab stay. We were happy with the responsiveness with the majority of nursing staff. One nurse in particular, Jenni, was fantastic. Even the admissions director was checking in with my mother in law on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, my mother in law was forced to discharge due to her insurance. She would have benefited from another week or two of therapy.
Overall we were happy with Lindengroves services!

The place is cute and some of the staff was really great while my mom.was there! The food was horrible & the fact that she was discharged after 11 days of rehab when her Dr said 6 weeks is uncalled for! She was living on snacks & fast food delivery because she refused to eat the food they provided! She would sometimes wait over an hour to get help with going to the restroom even though she was evaluated as needing 90% help with all tasks! She had to argue with PT & OT to get them to come @ a semi normal ti.e because she was not able to participate at 715 in the morning! Just horrible!

My father was admitted for rehab. He received very poor service. Wanted to take him home and was told they would call adult protective service. Got a call 5th daythat he died. Their response was after surgery they don't respond well. Guess what he never had surgery. When my sister walked in the room he was on the bed not covered had to ask for a sheet. Overall terrible service. When leaving the facility the social worker was laughing. Disgusting!!!

LindenGrove Menomonee Falls is a quality sub-acute rehabilitation facility that has solid nursing support and excellent therapy! I've worked with the Administrator in the past and am confident she is leading the team with a gold standard of excellence. Ange Jones in admissions is super responsive and Serenity the Social Worker streamlines the communication for the patients and families. Happy to see the same friendly front desk staff there every time I visit! Well done 🙂

I visited my mom who stays there for rehab (OT and PT). People who work there are very nice and smile back at me when I smile and greet them. I know my mom is in good hands.
