Chrissie Biele is a very elite Therapist who uses many different techniques to help us get back to activity. This past May I did the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and it was only possible because Chrissy fixed my heel spurs on both legs. I had gone to a PT place that partners the Famous Ivy League school in Philly which was an absolute waste of time. They treated me like I was either an invalid or a mere number and in fact asked me not to walk more than a mile when my profession is Tennis. Anyway with her all angle approach I was able to Trek 44 miles and reach 18000 ft in the Himalaya's.
