Light PT is wonderful! My child made a huge amount of progress in just 3 months. He is 10 and has never been able to ride a bike but Julie taught him how and now he’s riding all over our neighborhood! Julie is patient and understanding with my son while also keeping him on track and not letting him give up. She really works wonders! Thank you so much!

After working with Julie for several weeks and correcting posture and adding strength I was able to Hike 120 miles in 12 days with no Knee of hip trouble. Truly Life changing for me.

Nice little physical therapy clinic owned by Julie. You work directly with Julie 100% of the time. I had issues after a sprained ankle with my range of motion. She helped loosen up my ankle allowing me to get back into running and daily activities. Small clinic, but great 1 on 1 service.

As someone who has had chronic pain for 10+ years I've been through it all. Pain meds, chiropractic care, massage therapy, water therapy, etc. Nothing helped my lower back and hip pain until I saw Julie. In 2 months she helped me fix years of chronic pain. I can sit on the floor with my great nieces and nephews and play with my kids with no pain and I am so unbelievably grateful. Can't wait to get back to doing all the things I loved before!

I have been treated by Dr.Light twice. Once for a fractured shoulder and recently for lower back pain. Dr. Light is not only pleasant to
work with, she has my 85 year old body out and moving! I am walking over a mile now and working on more. Pain? Dr. Light

I want to express gratitude to doctor Light for the physical therapy that she provided me as I struggled to get my strength back after two surgeries, and several weeks lying in the hospital beds. It really helped that she was willing to come to my home and help me here.
While she was with me I was encouraged to work to get stronger and to challenge myself to do exercises I normally would not do, to climb stairs. I normally would avoid to take the elevator. She took the time to explain the benefit of each exercise, and why we were doing it.
