Life Care Center of Yuma

Great environment, great staff. The rehabilitation part of the Life Care is awesome. Cathy. Brooke. Kayla Ray. Eva and Cheryl are awesome therapist took this patient from barely being able to stand, walk, and doing everyday life activities to showering and dressing myself, walking with a walker and standing by myself for over 11 minutes in a months times. These women are awesome .

I was very pleased with everyone at the life care center from the minute you walk untill the time I left. They made me feel comfortable , they would stop to help answer questions. Very pleasant people. Thank you

The stuff is very professional I like the welcoming that I am giving at the entrance very hassle-free but very attentive to all come and go thank you for your services

Staff was very friendly, my uncle is there and the problem I had was his water didn’t not look fresh. He has dementia so not expecting him to remember how to use the remotes. He had a remote that lifted the bed high and had to move that away from in fear he might fall off.

I was quite satisfied with services offered and the professionalism of the crew that took care of my mom. Your establishment restored my faith in humanity. Thank you very much.

I went to ser my cousin Anselmo Castañeda. The place was clean and people were friendly but my cousin’s tv was not working and he is not happy with that so was very sad for him. I wish you can fix or change his remote control so he can have some entertainment time

My sister was waiting only God knows how long before someone came to help her get into her wheelchair after using the restroom, she was supposed to be there for a week for therapy the therapist was no better than the staff giving her exercises she couldn't do and caused more pain when I left I saw 2 employees standing around talking instead of caring for those sick and disabled people I called to complain only to be told it will be addressed well I really hope so

Life Care of Yuma is a very nice facility. My husband had a private room with private bathroom. CNAs were fantastic. Dining room food great. Beauty Parlor and Ice cream parlor was fun. That said, there is a shortage of nurses, lack of communication between nurses at shift change. Shortage of Physical Therapists. No schedule for PT. It was done "as they could fit you in", very frustrating. Over all, a nice place but could easily be a wonderful place.
