Heather and the team at LHM is top notch. They have a passion for people - not just your physical health, but mental too. After your first visit, you feel loved, cared about and know you will be receiving the best care there is. They give you activities that your body can handle, but also know how much to push you to get you back to your best self. I first received care from Heather 2 years ago. When I was referred for therapy again, I knew I could only trust her expertise to get me better again. You come in as a client, but leave feeling like a best friend. As much as you can hate having to receive therapy, I genuinely look forward to each session with the LHM staff at the Spring Grove location. Would recommend this team to anyone!

After breaking my leg, I was referred to LHM, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. From the first appointment, the staff was incredibly supportive and made me feel at ease despite my injury.

The therapists took the time to understand my situation, explaining each phase of the recovery process and the goals we were working towards. They created a personalized plan for me, which gradually built strength and mobility in my leg. I was initially worried about the pain and limitations, but their gentle approach made the whole experience much less daunting.

The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a welcoming atmosphere that made my sessions something I looked forward to rather than dread. The team was always encouraging, celebrating the small victories along the way, which kept me motivated.

I had physical therapy at the Spring Grove LHM. My physical therapist Heather and physical therapy assistant Maddie both did a great job. I found my exercises to be a great help and they were also explained to me during my sessions. I'm feeling so much better today then the day I started.

The staff at LHM Physical Therapy in Spring Grove are great knowledgeable and friendly. My shoulder was pain free after just 6 sessions of physical therapy with Heather and Maddie. It was followed up with 6 sessions of strengthening exercises. It was overall a great experience.
