The Physical therapists at LHM East York PA were great. Over the past 2 1/2 months, I was able to work with Matt, Grace, Nick, and Lottie. They were all fantastic and, to my surprise, were able to help me even with my nerve issue. I always thought physical therapists were only for muscle related issues, but they helped me with my nerve issue. I am convinced that I would not have been able to recover in this short of time without their help. A special thanks for Mariel for helping with all of the administrative duties at LHM East York. I highly recommend.

The team at LHM felt like family from very early in my treatment. When I started my PT I had limited strength and mobility in both my left and right arms and shoulders with extreme pain as well. Now I have reached my goals and I am tuned up and ready for the 2025 golf season! All team members at LHM are terrific at what they do and help you to work hard at achieving your personal mobility goals! I am goin to miss seeing all of you!

A couple of weeks after having surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff, I began my 16 week PT journey with LHM. From the moment I entered their East York facility, I was welcomed by everyone on the LHM team. The welcoming atmosphere continued throughout each and every visit to LHM. It was also very clear they were in regular contact with my surgeon and were closely following the PT schedule recommended for me. LHM customized my PT and each member of the team understood my program. My PT was consistently delivered and effective, regardless of which team member worked with me. I highly recommend LHM for their professional care and very friendly and caring culture. Thank you Nick, Matt, Lottie, Kaylee, Grace and Mariel for a very successful outcome and for making my PT visits a pleasant experience!

Highly recommend LHM! Everyone in the office is super friendly. My initial appointment was with Ryan - he took the time to explain how/why he was evaluating different movements, which I really appreciated. I completed 7 months of PT with Matt and cannot speak highly enough. He was helpful, respectful, and always had my goals in mind when putting together programming/exercises. So happy to be going back to the gym, enabled with new knowledge and improved stability & strength.

I highly recommend LHM Physical Therapy in East York. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable in their science and art and while the majority of my visits were with Matt, I did have the benefit of working with Lottie a handful of times. All of the therapists, Nick included, are like one big family, and that's how they treat their patients. They care about you, and their only goal is to get you feeling better. The level of expertise and professionalism in all of them was beyond my expectation and they made my sessions the highlight of my days. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you for everything, LHM!

I highly recommend LHM to anyone who is looking for a great PT experience. They are very welcoming from the moment you walk in and are attentive to your needs. Both Matt and Lottie are kind and are very helpful as you navigate through the treatment plan. But beyond that, they care about their patients and interact with them genuinely. 10/10 would recommend LHM to anyone who asks.
