Sheduled an appointment for my wife in January of 2023 for June 2023. They called one week before the appointment to reschedule for November of 2023 then waited until one week before the November appointment to reschedule for February of 2024. It has been over a year since I made the appointment and for all I know they will call in February to move it another 6 months out. I pleaded with them to keep her scheduled appointment and they coldly refused. This is not the caring bedside manner I expect from my family doctors office. I recommend finding an office that cares for their patients with care and compassion. I don't see that in the staff at this office. I am sad to say it's not the doctors office that it used to be. Good luck getting an appointment this decade. I am sadly disappointed and disheartened. As I try to only write good reviews. But
I feel the public needs fair warning. I don't believe they care enough about their patients to be health care professionals.

I don’t like giving negative ratings but your health care is important. I left years ago, but my Dad stayed and he ended up being hospitalized twice because they kept canceling his appointments. I would give zero stars if I could . Continuous canceling of appointments, prescriptions not refilled, lack of patient care . If you are a patient there , I recommend you go elsewhere.

The worst primary care office ever! They are dismissive of your concerns, do not follow up on care, submit pre-authorizations without medical documentation and when you ask a question they tell you to go see someone else and maybe they can help you. Absolutely the worst. If I wanted to spend hours researching who I need to speak with about a situation and care options I would have gone to medical school. Your doctor is supposed to be there to care for you and help you navigate and this office does none of that. Horrendous and they should be embarrassed and find a profession that they actually care about.

I went to this Dr for my first initial visit after leaving my previous Primary care physician after 15 years, The Dr literally talked to me like a child and I’m almost 40 years old I’ve been doing a Hell of a job managing my health after being a Type 1 diabetic for 31 years, This Dr Yeh was very Judgmental no empathy or sympathy didn’t listen to a word I said, after she condemned my other Drs after care from my specialist after I told her I will be seeing/consulting with another Primary care physician I walked out on her and she still called in a prescription for a medication to my pharmacy that we literally did not discuss at all for Financial gain/bonuses, I’m literally a Gym rat that thrives off of Dieting and Physical Fitness, And she told me I needed to Diet better 👀

I recently moved to pa was in need of a doctor and I found a great doctor. Dr Thomas is what all doctor should be. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush your appointment. She a great listener and has compassion and interest for your all over health. I am grateful that I found her.

I have had top notch care here, Dr Yeh was very thorough and answered all of my concerns. Office staff were professional and have had no issues what so ever..I highly recommend this practice.

Horrible service. On last day of medicine and we've been calling for 3 days in a row and keep getting the doctors has it to look over and that the other doctor who had it did nothing with it. Nurse on phone was rude and didn't care. Shouldn't be drawn out process to refill a medicine that have been on for 4 years.

Have been going to this ov since Dr zankman was there and oh boy.. it’s horrible since he left.. the doctors are mean , do the bare minimum and only see patients who have ppo ins .. hmo n state forget about it.. ur going to urgent care for everything and forget about physical s never again…if you have state insurance forget about being considered a patient ur trash to them…you’re better off going to urgent care… They will see you faster there and treat you with more respect… this practice is the absolute worst pediatricians office on the East Coast hands-down. I refuse to bring my children to that office ever again after our last visit…they should be embarrassed to call themselves a doctors office…they are a private company that CHOOSES who they actually treat for care…it’s horrible and they made my kids feel ashamed That was the worst part.
