I absolutely should have read the reviews before coming here. I have been here for 3.5hrs now and just keep getting sent back into the waiting room. Mind you I walked into, and is still currently, a fairly empty lobby. I came with a very high fever which is dangerous for an epileptic. It took two hours just to get Tylenol for the fever. God forbid you inconvenience the registration staff with a question! After reading all of the reviews I can’t help but want to just walk out, but I will NEVER come back to this hospital again. As a teaching hospital, you’d think they would have it together a bit more so this really worries me for the future nurses/PA’s that are being taught here, and the patients that will be seeing them.

Love the hospital and the care they give. But I had to leave my granddaughter by herself over night to have surgery in the morning. She had nerve been in the hospital before And to have surgery in the morning on top of it. And no one could be with her is wrong. That is a bad policy.

I was here for the first time after being sent from urgent care today. Everyone was very nice. Parking was a bit difficult as the lots were full. You pretty much have to circle and hope someone leaves. The ER was VERY full and I'm not sure if that's the norm, but there were literally patients everywhere in the halls. I sat in the hallway for hours. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it was definitely chaotic. I was exhausted when I finally got back home.

Would just like to say what a great experience it was here for my procedure, the nursing department was awesome made for a great experience. I would like to single out Lindley. I hope l got your name right. She was very professional and patient toward me and my wife. So sweet God bless you and all the other nurses.

Would give a rating of zero if possible. My elderly mother with Parkinson’s was there. Every time I tried to call the nurses station no one ever answered. This lasted days. It was agreed upon with a rehabilitation facility that my mother would come home for Christmas and have a room reserved for rehabilitation the day after Christmas. Several calls were placed and the plan was set all except the mystery of finding out when my mother would be discharged home since Christmas was less than a week away I came home one Friday evening after Christmas shopping to a voicemail that indicated my mother was being transferred that evening to the rehabilitation center. The person at the center said Marie the hospital case worker said the daughter (myself) had a change of kind and wanted her mother sent to the rehabilitation center that evening. A lie. The rehab center said the hospital basically pushed the admission on them on short notice on a Friday evening and would not take no for an answer. Marie stated that my mother said she wanted to go. Upon speaking with my mother she said Marie told her she’d had to go to the rehabilitation center NOW or she’d lose her bed there. Basically intimidating my mother into going and neglecting her rights as a patient. It ruined our entire Christmas without my mother there. I reported this to a supervisor and a cocky sounding administrator left me a voicemail that Marie said my mother agreed to go. Basically saying my mother and the rehab facility were wrong. None of us will ever go near this awful hospital again where family wishes and the patient isn’t given their rights. Even the rehabilitation facility could not believe what had happened. Stay away from this place.

My husband dislocated his shoulder skiing and we ended up here. The entire ER staff was very nice and accommodating and put his shoulder back in place. He was attended to quickly when we first arrived and we were out of there in a timely manner.

I woke up on Sunday with really severe pain in abdomen and back and went to this ER since it was closest. The wait times weren’t too bad for an ER, I was taken back fairly quickly and was seen by the doctor fast too. From the lady who checked me in, to each of the nurses and Dr. James, this was a great experience. They were able to determine that kidney stones were what was causing me so much pain and I felt very confident in them and their treatment all the way through.

I recently had a procedure completed at this hospital and it was my first time at the facility. It was also my first time completing any type of procedure in 13 years so I was slightly nervous. However, the entire experience was amazing + I'm honestly surprised by all of the negative feedback. I completed lab work a few days prior which was in/out, quick & easy! On the day of my procedure, the front staff and registration were super friendly & it was very easy check in process. I was taken back fairly quickly & prepped for my procedure. Everyone from the CNA to the nurses were absolutely phenomenal! My nurses Amber and Linley were easy-going, attentive and very supportive. The anesthesia team was great and super informative. Dr. Pritchyck was very knowledgeable, kind & I felt confident having him as my doctor. The entire staff was super supportive and answered any and all questions, making sure I was comfortable at all times & the hospital also followed up with me after the procedure. It was honestly a great experience & I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
