Our experience at this location was met with a courteous and professional staff. We scheduled an annual physical for our son who plays sports and the wait time was very minimal. The location interior was well maintained, clean and very nicely furnished with plenty of seating in the waiting areas. The physician we met was very thorough and pleasant.

When I looked this health center up online, it said that there would only be a 6-minute wait to see a doctor. But when my husband got there, he was quickly ushered into an examination room, and then was left there all alone for OVER AN HOUR. To top it off, there was NO doctor available -- only a Physician's Assistant. My husband had a severe case of pinkeye and was in terrible pain, but he had to twist the PA's arm to get her to prescribe a medicated eye drop to help him. She didn't even want to do that much. My husband and I have had some wonderful experiences at Lehigh Valley Health Centers in the past, but having to wait well over an hour to be seen is totally unacceptable. We wanted to let others know.

My ultrasound technician was super friendly and kind, one of the nicest I've encountered through LVHN. The initial reception check-in should rearrange to add seating; had to stand and wait for 15 minutes, which may be physically difficult for some patients.

My provider booked me an appt today and actually called them to confirm. They called me no less than 30 minutes later to cancel this appt. Incompetence and unprofessional.

Very good health center. Clean, spacious, clear signals to find the office you’re looking for. Dr. Zeller is a very nice professional with a good attitude and very relaxed demeanor that makes very easy to talk about somewhat embarrassing things 😀👍

Attitude from receptionists when my grandmother changed her mind about something. No seats or benches in check in area for elderly and handicapped. I had to locate a chair and carry over to my grandmother before her legs gave out. Not everyone in need of healthcare has the ability to stand in line without a seat to be checked in. To make things even better they called to say we had to come back because they did the ultrasound of the wrong side of her abdomen! Not going back!

Overall the hospital is nice front desk easy check in. Just had bad experience twice with a doctor at this particular Lehigh valley hospital I go to the endocrinology and have been violated twice by the same doctor by lifting up my shirt and him touching my breast just wondering if anybody else has experienced this by one doctor you can contact me on Facebook

Love it! All of my doctors in one place. Great staff from Opthomology to the Lab for blood work. Best part is, there are rarely long wait times.
