I had a cavity and they did the procedure fast and with hardily any pain. They were very nice and didn’t wait very much.

Went in for a deep cleaning. The dentist was talking to the assistant when he was giving me a shot I felt like it was going to go thru my lip. I closed my eyes through the whole procedure and just wanted him to finish and get it over with, so I didn't tell him to stop because I knew I probably wouldn't want to finish the cleaning. Water was going down my neck, in my ear, all on my face and I was sore for 3 days. They didn't advise no aftercare and said I would be OK in 2 hrs.

I'm giving this place 5 stars for many reasons, first off I've been coming here for 10 years. I've seen many dentists in my day but these two doctors have always been on point and professional. I remember my first experience here where the Dr knew what was wrong with my teeth without even looking at my x-rays just free hand looking in my mouth. My only negative about this place is that it gets busy and they try to rush you out of here, but still that negative is out weighed by their knowledge and expertise. Great doctors and I feel comfortable making my appointments regularly here.

The personnel are courteous, the dentists are funny and they all try to make your experience as comfortable as possible. My son was afraid of going to the dentist, now he doesn't mind going.
As far as the payments, I have paid less at this dental office than any other I have been to or taken my kids to.
Half my coworkers attend this dental office and they referred me there; I am glad they did.

(Came in here for a referral for a wisdom extraction)I was referred to this dentist by co workers and my boss he said, they all said good things about the doctor how nice he is how fast they get the work done- Because of horrible experience and lack of employees work ethcis from previous offices .I was so EXCITED to try this hole in the wall office. My first experience was overwhelming and upsetting. No body was working the d.a the front assistant and they came just came back from lunch with people already in waiting room. I go in the back get seated, minutes go by still not seen only 2 in a chair including myself. I hear the d.a talking about there social lives and eating lunch!
Finally I say something, they're upset now. It's been more then 10 weeks I call dentical finally they said that she just put the referral June 7TH! the day I called asking about this status called again she said it's not there and dentical say no it's there they got it. No call no anything. I gave up with them I'm reporting this office. I already filed a complaint with dentical. Although he is a great doctor I loved him and his gentle hands! his employees is the reason I am leaving and definitely going to let my coworkers and boss know. They paid nice money. I hope once the doctor finds out. He will put his employees in place, or better yet hire someone who actually wants to work and doesnt go just to wait at the end of the week for there pay check.

the lady in the front worst ever she talks so nice but all she wants is money and she says insurances never approve nothing but when i talk to my insurance they say they do cover for it its them that don't want to approve it worst experience ever!!!!!!! she made me go back and for it just so i can pay the consultation be prepared to wait for hours!!!!!!

The girl upfront was nice, but the dentist was so impatient. Didn't even bother to wait until the anesthetics to kick in. A painful experience in more ways than one.

Never ever come here again doctor was rough did not wait till i was numb before drill my mouth im in so much pain an all for a simple deep cleaning dont come here its not worth it if i could give a lower rating i would soooo unprofessional
