I can’t begin to express how happy I am to have chosen this vet. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the door. Which was 1 minute after they opened! No appointment didn’t even have time to call and let them know I was coming and they worked their magic and got my dog in within minutes. I Love how they explain the coarse of treatment they are thinking of but still are open to questions and input if you have it. Their entire staff works that way even at check out. I didn’t feel bullied or blindsided when it was time to checkout either. Also getting a phone call after hours to follow up with my dogs recovery was also such a thoughtful bonus. They were very clear that they gave me a number to the vet if anything changed but having Dr. Ferrer call to follow up made me realize we made the right choice to change vets. They are fantastic!!!
