Fred is the best! I threw out my back and was basically immobile. My friend advised me to see Fred - she said that he's amazing and helped both her and husband regain full mobility after shoulder and back injuries, respectively. Lakeside kindly helped me make an appointment despite Fred's very busy schedule. I hobbled to physical therapy, thinking that I would feel perhaps a little better. But just one session with Fred made the pain SIGNIFICANTLY less. One session with Fred provided more relief and hope than I anticipated. He patiently listened as I explained my symptoms and then knew exactly how to treat the pain. After having Fred provide treatment and exercises for a couple of months, I feel 100% back to normal. I honestly didn't think I would regain full mobility as I have, so I'm so extremely grateful for Fred and all the staff at Lakeside. Every time I go to the gym, bend down to tie my shoes, or have to lift something moderately heavy, I am reminded of the healing I experienced through Lakeside. I've been telling everyone who needs a physical therapist that they need look no further than Lakeside. Also, I brought my mom to see Fred for her back issues as well. And she agrees with me wholeheartedly that Fred is the best. She said that he has magic hands! Fred's knowledge is impressive, and he really takes the time to explain what's going on and why the chosen treatment and exercises are the most effective. Fred has all the impressive academic degrees and many years of experiences, and these are coupled with his common-sense approach backed with medical knowledge and kindness. I am truly so grateful for Fred, who has been a huge blessing to me, my mom, and so many others!

Fred and Matthew were awesome, I was lucky enough to see both of them during my time at Lakeside PT. Both Drs were great at explaining the cause of my issues, I enjoyed the process of figuring out what my issues were through the various tests they performed on me. They gave me the tools and cues to help fix and prevent my knee and back pain! The support staff was also lovely. I 10/10 recommendation, I'll be sending anyone in my life who needs PT to Lakeside. This is an excellent facility in which to receive physical therapy. Matt and Fred are excellent therapists, professional, kind, and very personable. They have a great support staff as well.
