Lakeside Nursing Center

The facility leaves their residents on pads because they run out of briefs, the staff is rude and negligent. My dad went to the store and bought packs of briefs for my mom and her roomate luckily. They are more concerned with what happened outside of work than what is going on with their residents. I was yelled at by a nurse when we went to take my mom home for the weekend because she didn't even know what she was there for. I have previously worked for this facility and it was bad then but nowhere near as bad as it is now. My mom is neglected and eats the bare minimum because the food is so bad. She was also promised restorative therapy from day one and has yet to receive it but twice in over a month. I have been a CNA for almost 10 years and have refused to work for nursing homes in arkansas for this exact reason. These are our parents, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, grandparents, sometimes our children. What is wrong with people these days? If you think Healthcare is an easy paycheck recheck yourself and find a different career.

The facility is VERY understaffed. I call and can never get through to my Dad. Its just a shame how they treat their clients.

Took my mother here for rehab from Vascular leg surgery. They did not take care of her at all as they said they would. Medications, getting her her personal items, pads and walker etc... I removed her in the first 24 hours. I would not recommend this facility at all in any situation.

Very clean place and helpful staff. Moved my mother here an she is happier Surprisingly the food is not bad it has flavor
