The staff is very hard working and dedicated to the facility. Everyone is personable and approachable. They took care of my aunt who passed away on hospice. Some of the best most caring nursing staff I’ve worked with and grown to love!!!! Thanks team for making the place a whole lot better within the last year!!!!

Best activity department in the area! So much fun and dedication from each and everyone of the activity staff. So much to do and never get bored. Nursing staff is very hard working and genuinely care about their patients. I've had many family and friends who have had positive stays at this facility.

The nursing staff is very dedicated and hard working and caring. Staff truly treat residents like family. Therapy department helpful , and work very hard. Admissions very knowledgeable . Infection control very up to date and intelligent. Scheduling Is accommodating and makes every effort to make sure we are staffed with the most dedicated. Management is working effortlessly to make sure kingston Rehab is a nice place to work and residents and family are Happy with the care they receive for short term or possibly long term.

The quality of care is almost non existent besides a few good people. Feces left in the shower, garbage on the floor. Residents are left sitting in their own urine in the hallway yelling for help. I saw this first hand because I worked there. Then HR sends out emails asking employees to leave a good review to boost their numbers. If you look at the reviews on here I can tell you more than half are from employees. SAD!!

My mother was a patient there and she had received excellent care. the nursing staff was very caring, All staff very friendly, Therapy was very good, made sure my mom walked and they made sure my mom was eating and kept us aware of everything, The staff on med bridge treated my mom kind and really cared,

Food is horrible. Alway cold. And. Food. Not that great Staff. Is not that bad have get used know get used it. I am deaf. Plm Commuite sometime write. Paper. Or. Read lip Commuite. There. Do. Talk me. With cover mask I don’t und. Them at all. I hope they do better. There job fellow what patients need. Not. Ignores them. Have a bless day
