I took Ayna's 12 week health coaching and it has been such a huge support in my weight loss journey this year. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. Having Ayna as my health coach provided me accountabily, personalized guidance and she also tailored it to my specific needs and goals. I found Ayna on Facebook while searching for a running coach.
She was offering an upcoming 12-week health coaching series so I joined-in. I met with Ayna and the other members weekly on Zoom to check-in, ask questions, discuss a topic and just encourage and support each other. Topics discussed included nutrition, sleep, strength training, gut health, managing stress & journaling.

Surprisingly I enjoyed the 3-week gut detox in which we eliminated added sugar, gluten & dairy. I had never been successful on a cleanse, always giving-in to my cravings, but with the group support on the app I completed the cleanse and even continued it longer (hopefully ending my candy addiction).
I happened to have labs scheduled during this time and was shocked to see my cholesterol drop 40 points (246 to 206)!
My doctor attributes this to the elimination of added sugar.

Although weight loss was not one of my goals I am pleased that I gained muscle tone and feel great! I highly recommend Ayna's program!

I couldn’t stop slowly creeping up the scale at 59 years old, with a stressful job and poor eating habits. Based on my lab results and a physical exam, my doctor gave me directions to eat better, lose weight and generally start taking better care of myself.

I reached out to Ayna for help. Ayna conducted an in-depth interview and reviewed my medical information. She identified areas to work on and immediately gave me several recommendations on cleaner eating and walking, which I implemented.
Ayna provided what I needed, which was sound advice, encouragement and accountability. Within weeks I showed improvement and have lost 15+ pounds, gained more flexibility and have found more energy day to day. Remarkably, some of the more alarming lab results have returned to the normal range, for the first time in many years.
