Have been meaning to write this review. Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with. I came in after experiencing muscle tightness/pain after being involved in an accident and he helped get me back to where I was before the accident if not even better. He was really attentive to my specific needs and was also really easy to work with when it came to scheduling or sometimes even running late to our scheduled meetings. Would recommend Neil to anyone who is experiencing pain or discomfort in your muscles or joints. He’s a true professional and man of his craft. Thank you Neil!

As a dancer, I was crushed when my podiatrist told me I there wasn’t much that could be done for my foot pain from a broken bone. Neil used information from my X-rays and doctor, along with doing a thorough assessment of my areas of pain, range of motion, and strength. By the end of the first session, I had great relief from pain and felt hopeful. A week later of doing my exercises and I’m not waking up from the pain anymore and able to get through a dance class. Thank you Neil for the great care!
3 month update- zero pain, even when dancing, as long as I don’t where high heels and wear my insert. Thank you Neil!

I had a virtual session with Neil to get rehab exercises for a sprained wrist. After calling around to multiple in-office PTs who only had appointments 1-2 weeks out, I decided to give Telehealth a try as I wanted assistance with my recovery sooner rather than later. I inquired with Neil and he offered to do a same day appointment which was beyond awesome. Neil was super friendly and made a really thorough assessment of my wrist despite it being a virtual appointment. He made sure to answer all my questions and I left the session feeling confident about how to manage my recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Neil again in the future or recommend him to anyone in need of PT. Thanks Neil!

Neil is the best physical therapist I've ever worked with! He was very patient and knowledgeable, listening to me describe the issue and asking follow-up questions to make sure we narrowed in on the problem. Great attention to detail and available for follow-up questions. Prescribed a tailored set of exercises for my issue and really walked me through how to do them properly. Clearly cares about his patients and is invested in helping each one move better so they can live their best lives! My lower back has never felt better.

Dr Neil has been a great help relieving my frozen shoulder injury. Though a combo of hands on work and movement, I've been able to get back to 90% normal in just about 2 months. It's a process, but well worth it if you stick to it and are consistent with your exercises.

I injured my knee in summer 2021 while at a salsa/bachata dance event. I struggled to walk and put weight on it without pain, and it affected my ability to exercise and dance.

I ran into Neil about a month later in support of a dance event and he noticed that I wasn’t dancing. That same night he sat me down to see how I was feeling, learn more about my injury, and offer support. The next day, he reached out to me offering to meet for physical therapy.

Upon our first session, Neil was able to give insightful and in-depth explanations on the musculoskeletal anatomy surrounding my knee, and what was inflamed and irritated. This was by doing different range of motion exercises, resistance tests, and physically assessing weaknesses in my muscles/tendons. I was blown away by how much information he was able to share on all this, and even more so on his treatments.

For treatment, he did incredible work massaging out the irritated parts of my leg involved in my knee injury. He walked me through a number of stretches and exercises to strengthen not just my knee but the parts of my body that support the knee (hip, ankle, quads/hamstring/calves). Every successive session he would progress the exercises to further strengthen my leg.

As a result of our sessions, I was able to get back into dancing and exercise. I feel confident that if I ever have any other pain or musculoskeletal issues, that Neil is one of the first people I will consult with going forward. I am grateful for his professionalism, his attentiveness and care for his patients, and his help in my recovery and overall well-being. I strongly recommend him for anyone seeking out a physical therapy! 10/10

Hi I’ve had shoulder pain since I got into a motorcycle accident at 19 years old, I got an AC separation from the accident. I’ve had CrossFit shoulder injuries in my early 20s and a MMA/wrestling shoulder injury right before covid and from playing tackle football. I haven’t been able to lift anything over 20lb without feeling severe sharp stinging pains. So it’s been about 11 years and in the last 2-3 month I’ve been working with Neil and I literally don’t feel pain anymore. I can do push ups for the first time in 2 years and I can do pull ups for the first time in 7 years. I’m back in the gym 3 times a week lifting decent weight and I’m pain free! I’m not sure what else you need to hear but Neil’s knows what he’s doing and I don’t care if he doesn’t take insurance (yet), the question is do you want to be pain free or in pain. If you’ve chosen option #1 call Neil. Neil is extremely knowledgeable, he explains everything he’s doing as he massages or gives you workout instruction and is always available. he responds quickly on text and phone calls if he’s not with another patient. It’s pretty much all you can ask for in PT. In short Neil cares about you.

My experience with Dr. Neil Taing has been both very productive and very pleasant. He will be my first recommendation to any in need of physical therapy and/or consultation. After injuring my elbow I had to wait a few days before meeting with my doctor. I found Dr. Taing online and requested a consultation; he was able to speak with me very soon after I contacted him. Speaking to Neil, I found him to be very understanding, knowledgeable, and personable. He even called a couple days later to check in on how I was doing! After following Neil's instructions, I was able to impress my physician with how much recovery progress I had made since my injury. After this great experience, I will be going to Dr. Neil for all my physical therapy needs.
