I would have given 0 if the rating allowed me to do that. Firstly, this is not the original location where she gives the service, she will call you to another location which is one of the most unhygienic places you would have ever seen. Zero experience in haircuts (will give all excuses to claim that the haircut you want won’t suit you). Zero experience with hair coloring. My scalp was left with the color on it and grey hair. Did blowout, which lasted only for 2hr.
Ohh Wait… your hair will be getting washed in the Washroom sink….

Once you start the process, then you will be asked to pay extra , I was asked 30$ extra…

If I would have given the chance, would have only said to stop doing this service. Stop spoiling your customer day and waste their hard earned money.
