Not going into my personal info but the staff is nice. Dr. Gupta which I don't think is there anymore was one of the most ignorant/arrogant person I have ever met. I'm handicapped so my mom would help with things. She called my mom a liar and made a big deal over a phone call. Then she would keep prescribing me medication that I have taken in the past and didn't work or agree with me. So the last time I was there they put me with a younger woman and she seemed angry at me because I knew so much about the medical field. Well all i needed was a biopsy to be done and she suggested blood work which i had no problem with and I ask her if I could get both done at the same time and she said yes but she wanted me to get blood work first and come back in. Well I'm handicapped and have enough trouble getting around and I said can i please do both at the same time to save running around an make it easier on me. She said no get your blood work first and come back and then she would send me for the biopsy. People like her shouldn't be doctors cause they are suppose to help people, not make things harder. That was the last time I set foot in the place. I wasn't asking her to do anything special just to do them at the same time which is not asking to much from a doctor. Never went back to that place and I'm not putting all the doctors down because I believe they have a few that are nice..

I went here exactly once for a potential new primary care physician.

I have a thyroid condition that was diagnosed at Hershey when I was 16. Keystone wanted me retested for the condition that will literally never be cured short of having the problem organ removed and then still be on medication for the rest of my life!

This was only after the doctor was close to three hours late with no explanation, she then refused to progress our appointment until I agreed to be retested. I left with my records.

I'd have to have a limb dangling off me before I returned here and Google Reviews demands stars and zero aren't possible.

I love my doctor but she’s been condescending lately. Covid stress?

Prescription nurse is as RUDE as it gets — declining to refill NEEDED prescriptions that my doctor REALLY wanted me to start using. She even called me a liar. I’ve complained several times. At my last appointment I could hear the same woman yelling at ANOTHER patient over the phone. “I only have problems with YOU”. (Weird; she has problems with everyone.)

Billing is WEIRD. Practice should know the accurate amount BEFORE they bill someone.

If it weren’t for my doctor I’d be long gone.

Keystone Medical needs to have more respect for the "working" people.
I've had 2 appointments with Dr. Barbara Haeckler. I have yet to see her.
First appointment she was supposedly "on time". I waited to be called back for 38 minutes after my appointment time.
Second appointment she was an hour behind at 9 am.
I have a job to go to. I do not have time to wait for over an hour to see a doctor.
WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS EVERY 15 MINUTES?
Doctors need more time with patients and between patients!!!!!!

I love my doctor but the office and nurse staff are making things difficult. I didn't get a full supply of my prescription and have called 3 times since 5 days ago to get refills with no call back. I spoke with someone who said it was taken care of and found out that nothing was done. I have asthma and am very worried about what may happen if I don't get an answer back. Last time I was at the doctor I also waited an entire hour from my appointment time to get seen. The nurse also asked me alot of questions about dead family members and made me cry at the same appointment. I may end up switching healthcare providers this place has gone downhill.

I have a complaint to lodge against the man from Keystone Health who contacted my wife Linda Harmony yesterday about her prescription. He was very rude, uncompassionate, otherwise not a nice person at all. He never give his name no wonder as rude as he was. I read your mission statement and you better let this man read it for I don't think that he ever saw it. A very unhappy patient of yours, Edward Harmony

This place doesn’t even have the common courtesy and professionalism to inform you in advance that their doctor left early so your appointment had to be rescheduled. They only tell you that after you already arrived at their facility and it’s clear that they could care less that their negligence cost you your time and gas money on a wasted trip.
