I have had a wonderful relationship with my doctor, BH! She is great at listening to you and respected in managing your health. A good doctor-patient relationship is crucial for effective treatment, especially when it comes to navigating personal beliefs around medication and health care. It’s also inspiring that she embrace how you feel as well as your well being

My faith is futile to the holistic approach and balancing both conventional and holistic methods can often lead to a more comprehensive understanding of health and wellness. I appreciate and how I am treated and highly recommend Keystone Family medicine.

I normally have a visit with urgent care doctors where I am listened to and heard This time I was with a nurse practitioner Laura Verrochi, I think this is how her last name is spelled. She was rude. when I was asked a question, she interrupted me before I fully answered it. When I said I was not finished she just repeated what I had told her. She said I asked you this and you answered and again I stated I was not finished. she just gave me this blank look and said I had answered.
Then then recommended what I had already explained to her I have been taking which is over the counter medicine for a week and I have not been getting better only worse. The only difference is she was recommending an antibiotic. And repeated she has to prescribed this since I am, allergic to what other medicine, antibiotic she would prescribe.
She should no care to be there. And most important she did not listen to the patient which is me. An also, should no empathy. Asif to look at me take it or leave it.
I walked out of the appointment when asked by her do I still want her to send in the prescription. I informed to her I did not say no.
An let her know I had answered when she had yelled again as I was leaving. I informed to her I had answered, and I am not repeating myself twice.
What she did not know I was making an appointment with my physician due to the fact I felt she was not going to hear or listen to me and be condescending and unprofessional.
It was not a good visit at all .

I have several serious health problems, & I have never come across a more compassionate caring doctor as Dr. Haeckler. It is ashamed that there are not more doctors like her. My wife could not believe the amount of time and effort she devoted to me

Keystone works seamlessly with other providers in assuring continuity of care. If you ask a question and they're unsure they don't say, "I don't know". They find the answer.
