Keystone behavioral health is the best and has the best doctors and nurse's. They're caring and listen to you and work with you to better help achieve your mental health goals. I've never had any problems since I've been a patient and will continue to use your offices for my mental health care and psychiatric medication.

Every aspect of my experience at Keystone Behavioral Health was excellent. The reception staff were very warm and supportive, as was the nurse, who gave her direct extension to call if needed. Dr Mukherjee treated me like an individual, not just a wallet in a chair. He was very warm and clearly knowledgeable. He listened well, asked good questions to clarify my issues, discussed options for helping me to feel better, and welcomed my engagement in choices going forward.
Keystone clearly puts patient needs first. In great contrast to other practices, they didn't even ask about insurance as a qualifier whether they would accept the patient. Instead, at the very end of the registration process, they gently asked about the ability to pay and offered resources if the patient was struggling with any financial needs.
I was very impressed how Keystone clearly cares about the individual in every aspect of life! I've utilized Keystone Medical several times over the years for a variety of services. They have been excellent in every way. I highly recommend Keystone care!

We have been following with dr lee since he was at wellspan. Both of my kids see him. Hes been amazing with them. Has really helped my oldest with finding the right medication for him. He takes all the time we need for our appts. Barely any wait. He takes time to listen to all of my concerns and address them appropriately. He also has a student right now and she is very nice too. Me and my kids enjoy seeing the student when she is there! Huge thanks to dr lee for everything he has done so far!

I've been a patient for 6 years. My psychiatrist is great but Keystone Behavioral Health sucks. They never answer the phone or voicemails and they rarely answer texts. It is unacceptable that I have to drive out to the office every time I need a prescription refill. Several times I had to go in, somebody else was also there because they could not get an answer on the phone. This has been an issue for years. Keystone does not care and will not change.

Been here for 8 years and always loved it and the people always worked with you and now they treat you like we are scum and change appointments last minute and then tell you that the doctor is sick and now I have to go all weekend without my meds and I wasn't even the person who canceled the appointment, the doctor was and I called in and left a voice mail with the director 2 times asking to switch doctors and they never responded and just ignored me even tho I have been here and had 0 problems for so many years
