Katie is an extremely knowledgeable professional who is AMAZING with children and the whole family! We were so blessed to find Dr Katie, not only because of her knowledge, but because she does in home care and can be a bit flexible with a families schedule. I knew my daughter was sitting a bit strange so I make an appointment with Dr Katie. Katie came to our home and during the initial visit, saw what our pediatrician could not see after 3 visits, my daughters hip had an over rotation. Katie designed an exercise plan for our child that was easy for all of us to follow and maximize the success of Physical Therapy. There is no one that I would recommend more than Dr Katie Gatica, she is phenomenal!

Having a child with Down Syndrome, which is usually accompanied by low muscle tone in certain areas, can be a challenge as you try to help them grow in strength and keep that strength. For several months now, Katie has greatly helped our son in his need for greater balance, core strength and endurance. She has been very professional but also fun. She has exciting and inventive ways of helping our son feel like he is playing "fun games" rather than doing a "hard workout". His strength and balance are improving as he incorporates these exercises into his life and daily routines. He really enjoys his once a week visits from Katie. C & M Wolverton

I have been under Dr. Katie Gatica's care for nearly 2 years and my life is so much better thanks to her therapy. I suffered from diastasis recti abdominis and pelvic floor disfunction after having three large babies. She provided care during my last pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Katie Gatica worked with me after an injury and got me moving again without the pain I had been experiencing! She was kind and helpful... so knowledgeable... I learned a lot! The only bad thing is that there is now ZERO excuses for me not to run! I also attended her Mighty Matanuska Mama classes and it was simple body weight tabatta style exercises... and scalable for every individual's fitness level. I got a good sweat on and the kids being able to play nearby was a bonus! Thanks Katie for helping me heal up!
