Dr. Kao has helped me enormously with a chronic pain issue I have had for a long time. Recently had another bout of this same issue and his response was impressive. I got a video visit in 3 days and an appointment the next. I highly recommend him. His approach is thoughtful and respectful. He has given me some time without pain after many unsuccessful tries.

I waited almost 2 months for this appointment only to be told he wasn't aware of what the appointment was about. On top of that he was gaslighting me. It got to the point that I had to have him stop trying to prove his point reading through emails and just look at me and talk to me. Strongly do not recommend.
