There is a reason they can't keep administrative staff for more than a few months at a time. Read their DOH reports before putting your family in there. Oh, and they have giveaways for staff to leave positive reviews to bring up their Google ratings. 😉

Nursing staff was great, the higher ups were not I was there for 6 months and went through 4 DON'S which was a serious red flag The so called higher ups were always looking for ways to fire people and would discuss with staff their intentions. Worse than high school. No matter how they tried the place was always dirty. Wouldn't recommend at all. Also no snacks for diabetics. No special menu for cardiac, diabetes residents. People were bed bound were allowed to stay in bed, not encouraged to attend activities.

I've been here for close to a year as an environmental service worker and this place is amazing. Amazing coworkers and administration team. Best part of working here is the interactions with the residents. Making them joyful with a small but pleasant conversation makes everything better.

I have been with Kadima over 2 years now. Kadima treats residents with respect and dignity. We all do out part to make sure all of our residents needs are met. Kadima is our residents home and staff go above and beyond to make sure residents feel like they are home. If I ever had a need, I would not hesitate to have my family members stay here.

Hell on earth. I wouldn't wish an enemy to reside there for 24 hours. The majority of staff demonstrated being consumed with making Medicare/Medicaid numbers and treating residents as numbers. One member even made/owned that comment when I followed up on a phone call after I luckily made provisions to pull my mother out. Her husband was duped by PA law. Private care is the only humane option for PA elderly. This is a place for comatose bodies whose wills or lineage don't allow for Jack Kevorkian options.
2 to a room, no working tvs, no bathroom available for visitors. This staff really utilized Covid as an excuse to limit visits to 30 min, no activities, no TV, no outside porch area to convene and meals I wouldn't feed a feral cat.
Visiting room 8X10 with bars over windows, one table, one tv with limited channels and a light reminiscent of what is utilized in torture scenarios. My step father unloaded my mother there with dementia. I first saw her bound in a wheelchair behind a window with bars and unsightly long hair bound in a wheelchair. Multiple Nurse Ratchets dispensed drugs to keep the bodies sleeping.
No humanity shown here. My mother suffered from dementia before she died- staff admitted to not knowing about interactive companion pets, coloring books or how to deal with anxiety other than throwing pills at it.
I'm sure this bare bones hell hole serves a purpose for a person in a coma, certainly not elder care. It haunts me to this day. Has showcase in Lititz, PA with 6 hell holes located 2 hours away.

Went to visit my dad and found him in worse condition than he was at the hospital that sent him there. Floor was dirty trash under his bed. wires hanging all over his dresser such a fire hazard. window was open while cold outside and my dad had no blanket on him. My dad was weak could not stay awake and could barely talk. My dad was so much more alert and mobile before he was sent here from the hospital. The staff do not seem to care. They never answer the phone this facility is two hours away from me and for them not to take care of my dad the way he needs is a major concern for me. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to put their loved one in this place.

Alicia is the social worker here, she goes above and beyond her job scope, she worked with me on her days off and after hours, she does her job in a superior manner, with empathy and care! Thanks Alicia for all your hard work to help my mom! All of these 5 stars are for you! Kadima is lucky to have you!
