Eric at Kadence Healthcare provides superior customer service! They completed my all my CPAP work in less than one week, and I had a customized in person fitting session. In the past I worked with two other competitors of Kadence, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the competition goes out of business because Kadence’s customer experience is simply the best.

They do not deliver. Plenty of other places do deliver. When I got out of rehab with oxygen, they would not deliver or tell me how to use the equipment. Couldn't use the oxygen with my C-pap. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

Eric G. is the amazing, knowledgeable Respiratory Therapist at Kadence Healthcare who spent a good amount of time explaining my new CPAP machine. I was so nervous about wearing one, but Eric patiently explained the health benefits of controlling my sleep apnea and other issues by using CPAP. He made the necessary mask adjustments to make me feel comfortable and less anxious. The ladies in the office also were extremely helpful and cheerful. Thank you, Eric, and Kadence Healthcare team!!

My wife and I have been using Kadence Health Care for all our C-pap supplies for 5 years and they have been simply outstanding. They remind you every quarter about your re-supply and your supplies are mailed to you almost immediately.

I would have given them a 5 star, except I was advised, incorrectly, that I had to return my new Bi-Pap machine because I hadn’t used it for 30 days during the prescribed period. Fortunately for me and Kadence, one of their senior specialist realized that rule did not apply to me, since I was not a new user. Otherwise, Kadence really cares for their clients. Very prompt in reminding and sending you accessories & supplies for your machine every quarter or as permitted by your Insurance company.

I had Appria for 10 years and not once did they call or send supplies unless and until I called them. It was like pulling teeth from a live guerrilla!

I met with Eric, a respiratory therapist today, to get help with my CPAP machine (I'm a new user). He gave a great explanation of why the machine is needed and how it works. He helped me change some settings and, since I'm a mouth-breather, he gave me a full-face mask to try. I'm very hopeful I will have a better experience tonight!

Overall, my experience with Kadence was good. Once they got my prescription, and everything verified, they called me to go over my order and my supplies were shipped pretty quickly. The one thing I think that could have been better is the verification process seemed to take an unusually long time once they got my prescription from my doctor. It took a couple of weeks at least.

By far worst staff I've ever encountered. Nightmare ordeal lasted over 6 weeks with them. I've had the following issues:

1. Broken CPAP machine that they stalled in replacing, which made me not meet insurance compliance (resulted in extra charges). Not to mention the health risks of being without a working machine.
2. They only gave a 3 day extension when broken machine was finally replaced (again, resulting in unwarranted extra charges- broken machine is not the customer's fault)

3. Six emails not responded to, 4 voicemails not responded to (over a 3 week period)
4.They refused to work with me because their CPAP data they received was different than what showed on my machine (How is that my fault?). Again. Extra $.
5. Took over a week for my insurance to get anyone on the phone, and the staff at Kadence were not helpful
6. My insurance called Kadence a mess and uncooperative (they'll be filing their own complaint as well)
7. Horribly rude staff and inconsistent information
8. James, will talk and talk with no resolution what so ever. Completely unhelpful.
9. Mariah, laughed and hung up on me when attempting to resolve a compliancy issue (and she is in a supervisor position). She also gave me incorrect information regarding needing to meet with a doctor for compliance (2 other employees confirmed her misinformation)
10. No returned calls from Mariah's supervisor, or anyone with power to fix the situation (They've had 7 business days)
11. Caught staff members in the middle of blatant lies, on more than one occasion
12. They have no formal complaint process, so my insurance is taking it into their own hands.

Stay far, far away.
