My experience here is very good. I always get what I need within 15 minutes less but when they’re busy, we can understand why but it’s OK. They’re doing a great job. Very very great job. I'm a patient here and have been for the past year. The staff that have worked with me have been great, therapy is great, I have come a long way, feeling stronger every day. Recovery is a process, however, with a good support team it is possible. Thank you.
Just experienced a power outage and I fell that all staff and admin handled the situation very well, I felt very safe while everything was going on, everything continued as scheduled didn't miss a beat. Again Thank You...

Best experience ever. Staff very professional and you can tell they care. I have been here 2 months and I’m very happy with the experience. Gustavo, Haydee Chavez and Rocio Garcia are the best always making sure I’m ok. Rooms are always cleaned. Food is very delicious. Physical therapy team THE BEST. If I could give them more stars I would. Increíble service.

The staff here is amazing they love to help when u are in need. Edgar cna is a loving and caring person and Jose is a really hard worker. Kayla and Josh are amazing lvns. The food is amazing here too

Really well organized facility. Visited my brother there abs everyone is polite and helpful. He says he is treated with kindness and respect. That his along way in my book. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my brother.

I don't recommend this place to anybody I had a friend that was brought there on January 16th who had a stroke and it was not a severe stroke and something happened to my friend on January 17th because when I got there Saturday January 18th my friend was comatose he had apparently had a seizure on Thursday and none of the staff recognized it so while my friend laid there all day Saturday not having his seizure medicines because they tried to give it to him and he was unable to swallow and so it was coming out of his mouth when I came there Saturday I had them call 911 and take my friend back to the hospital please please do not send your loved ones here to Jurupa Hills they do not pay attention nor do they communicate with each other I don't know what they write down in their books but they're not communicating please don't leave your loved one there

Strongly do not recommend my aunt is basically brain dead do to the lack of care and neglect from this facility. They barley check on patients and they don't watch them take their meds. They don't chart vitals. Their lazy and never made incident reports concerning patient. The nurse went through my aunt property after she was sent to ER AMD MADE A CALL OFF OF HER CELL PHONE THEN GAVE MY AUNT PHONE TO HER Roommate. THEY FALSIFY PATIENT RECORDS TO SAVE THE FACILITY. MY AUNT IS CURRENTLY ON LIFE SUPPORT AFTER GETTING 1 HOUR AND 17 MIN OF CPR. SHE HAS 0% NEUROLOGICAL OR STEM ACTIVITY BASICALLY SHE BRAIN DEAD. PLEASE CLOSE THIS FACILITY ITS UNETHICAL, EXTREMELY SHORT OF NURSES, FILTHY,NO RECEPTIONIST FOR NIGHT SHIFT,ONLY ONE RN FOR ENTIRE FACILITY DURING NIGHT SHIFT,NURSES SNEAKING PATIENTS UNHEALTHY SNAKES REGARDLESS OF DIET. PLEASE SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
