I've been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, but my most recent experience left me feeling completely disregarded. After receiving services in January 2024, I was notified 10 months later that my insurance claim had been denied. Why it took 10 months to inform me when most dental claims should take anywhere from 15 - 60 days to file, I'll never know. When I called for clarification (which did take a month as I was out of the country and they only left one voicemail), I was initially given no explanation as to why it took so long or why it was denied. Eventually, I discovered that the office had incorrectly entered my insurance information, leading to the denial. Though they corrected the mistake and refiled the claim, it was too late, and I was left responsible for the $360 bill.

When I spoke with the front desk staff about this, I was met with indifference rather than any effort to make things right. I even asked them to confirm if this was truly how the doctor wanted to handle the situation after two decades of loyalty, and they said yes. The lack of accountability and customer care was disappointing, to say the least. While the dental care itself has always been fine, the way I was treated in this situation makes it clear that long-term patients are not valued. I won’t be returning.

Great family dental. My husband and I recently moved to Green Bay and found an excellent dental clinic with warm, friendly employees. The dentist was wonderful, and the cleaning was the best experience I have had in years (no pain or tenderness like I used to have). Thank you again!
