I’ve been a patient at Jordan and Pham Dental Clinic for a while now, and they have consistently provided excellent care with professionalism and transparency. From the front desk to the dental team, they are always upfront about treatment plans and costs, making sure patients fully understand everything before proceeding. Their kindness and dedication to patient care truly stand out.

They really have a tough job. During my last visit, while in the lobby, I literally overheard a patient yelling at the office manager through the phone, basically trying to bully her out of having to pay a legit bill. (Honestly, looking at one of the recent negative reviews, I’d bet it was that guy Jeff, his review is so out of place!) But she remained calm and composed the entire call, responding with kindness and professionalism. I heard her trying to remind him of their previously agreed-upon treatment estimate/agreement, but you could hear he kept cutting her off.

I’ve dealt with her and Jordan and Pham in general many times, and they’ve always been upfront and reasonable. It’s not their fault that dental billing takes time or that payments sometimes get declined. I don’t know what’s wrong with people these days-bullying and mistreating others, but he should be called out.

To the entire Jordan and Pham team, I appreciate your hard work and professionalism. Keep doing what you do!

Had my teeth clean the other day. Brittany was SO gentle I almost fell asleep. Dr. Jordan and staff have always been fantastic, experienced, knowledgeable & helpful with understanding my treatment and the limitations of my dental insurance to the best of their ability. I definitely support this small business & recommend them to my friends/family; they have a tough job but they are all good people & do a great job all around in this community.

It was my first time to Jordan and Pham Dentistry. The office is beautiful and Colleen was very sweet and friendly she was at the front desk .
Dr. Jordan was very nice and easy to talk to. I will be getting my crown replacement very soon . Very happy

Shannon is always spectacular. I consider her as a much a friend as my hygienist. Such a sweetheart. I also met “Christine” - the office manager - today who was covering the front desk, minus the usual ladies. I was incredibly impressed with Christine…such a beautiful lady with a lovely demeanor. Through the years I have noted that Dr. Jordan hires phenomenal people to be on his team. Christine is a wonderful addition.

This is the worst run billing department I have ever had to deal with. Their incompetence with payments is unreal. My son was last seen there a year and a half ago and our bill was settled at that time. Now they merely send me a text saying I still owe them money that I already paid and closed out. They (office manager, kristine) also threaten to send me to collections when I have not had one correspondence from the office in the above time. I also specifically spone with dr jordan on thia issue and was assured our case was done.
This is the reason we will never go to jordan and pham again.
Update...after receiving a written letter on 2-15-25 requesitng i pay $275.80, I get a call from a collection agency on 2-17-25, and am told I now owe $476..I was texted on 2-7-25 about my bill, and was immediately sent to collections that same day without any verified attempt to collect..dr jordan specificallt asked me to take down this review...that is unheard of...I will now be taking this office to court...i will also be calling the california dental board and department of consumer affairs tomorrow regarding how this has been handled...I never write reviews, but I feel I must protect other consumers from this office...

Dr. Jordan has been my dentist for close to 20 years and I wouldn't think of changing. The whole staff is kind, professional and always ready to assist in any way. I may have implants, crowns and bridges but at the age of 80, I thank Dr. Jordan for saving me from dentures that I know I could never wear. (I'm a gagger!!)

My hygienist Lynda was great! I’m a dentist and I think I know how to take care of my own mouth, but Lynda was able to point out some areas in which even I can improve!
