I am giving this facility two stars because my Physical Therapist Stan is amazing, however Jennifer in reception and scheduling is incredibly rude. I was seeing my therapist twice a week and was asked to move my appointments to once a week, well this facility usually has no availability within two weeks and my therapy was pushed out. I just had to cancel an appointment due to a possible COVID exposure and was pushed to June 14. I asked Jennifer to help me schedule more appointments aside from one to avoid the long wait times, and she told me they cannot schedule me since my insurance authorized 6 appointments are up. Despite the fact my Back Specialist and Physical Therapist Stan, directly told me they would authorize more on the next visit, I even have another order in hand. Well then Jennifer became argumentative with me and said, "you do not know if your insurance will authorize more appointments", despite the fact that I do know this information and know that they will. I was just surprised a receptionist would act like an insurance specialist and argue with a patient on what their insurance can and cannot approve. I Guess I will just have to put up with another long wait for an appointment after I see them on June 14 and receive authorization for more. She could have simply said she cannot schedule me at this time, she did not have to argue over my insurance coverage. Avoid changing your appointments at this facility at all costs and make sure you schedule as many appointments as you can at once.

Miriam has been great with my TMJ therapy! She's very considerate of my experience and did a great job working through the pains I have and giving me exercises for them and showing proper usage.

I have a 6 year old autistic son who see’s Todd for OT. We have been going here for 2 years. All I can say is I wish my insurance would pay for a different place, todd tells me how great he is but then in the next breath he says he’s going to drop my son as he’s not improving fast enough. My reason for the one star today is that we had a 4:30 appointment today and we arrived lat at 4:39 “first time” and todd decided to go home. So the receptionist said he canceled our appointment at 4:35 and he would call us. It’s very apparent he doesn’t want to work with disabled children and when I spoke to the manager she said they like to get people in and out only 6 months with one person. I guess if you have a long term disability this isn’t the place to go

I went to this place for two different injuries, a whiplash after a car accident and a knee problem. Emily and Erin have been the best PTs I’ve ever had ( I’ve seen many in three different states) . I usually have a habit of stopping PT after a little while coz it never works for me and this time it’s like a miracle. They are both miracle workers and I’ve felt better than I was for a few years. Their treatment included excesses, and a massage which they did to work their magic. I already have better posture, better range and flexibility and looking forward to more positive results. Thank you both!!

Please be very cautious here. Every office from the Speech dept to the neurologist here charge as a hospital an not a normal doctors office. Expect a wonderful large surprise bill later.

Amazing therapists, convenient location. Therapists actually take time to know you as a person before designing routines for you. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything.
