Triage nurse was absolutely rude !! Was talking to registration person about me as if I was not there with confusion about my name , I tried to explain to her and ignored me . She did not let my dad go inside with me because she screamed at him ( just one visitor per patient !!) keep in mind I had no other visitor , until the security told him it was okay and let him in (security way nicer than nurse ) then she proceeded to screamed at him bunch of stuff . I was in extreme pain was told it was nothing next day went to another hospital with the same unbearable pain had my gallbladder removed asap (emergency ) It was messing with my liver .

I just left the emergency room with my 21 month old son who was being seen. I was waiting for my discharge paperwork, and I went outside of our room to ask someone if I can leave because it was getting hard to contain my son in the room. The nurse yelled at me and said to stay in the room in such a rude way. Then said ok well shut the door then and yelled it out loud. (Again Very rude tone and yelled at me).
Everyone else was so nice and accommodating. I use to be a nurse and this is not how you treat and talk to someone.
I left in tears because of this specific nurse treated me.
I wish I would have gotten her name but I was so focused on my son that I never looked at her badge when she checked us in.
She’s very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to patients.

I looked at my discharge paperwork and the nurse name was Cristina..extremely rude person and shouldn’t be a nurse.

Received bill 3 years after service. This 3 year delay meant all additional support we could have received from the employer at the time was no longer available. If not deceptive billing practices at the very least harmful and dubious.

Ever since I've been blacklisted buy DaVita and Fresenius I do my dialysis in the emergency room the most friendly and professional staff but the most what I enjoy coming to this hospital Bridget and Alan are number one technicians at DaVita they always serve delicious meals renal friendly diet meals I also want to thank my doctor Ellena Helms awesome Dr Applegate so if you ever need a good place I highly recommend it

These people are phony. I went here a few days ago for an emergency pain situation. The first couple of people who helped me were terrific, and then they changed. According to Christina the nurse, the Emergency Room is for patients facing life or death situations. She told me they are doom and gloom. I found Christina to be a doom or gloom person. Still, the hospital, doctor and nurses held their Emergency Room is for life and death situations.

According to the National Hospital Medical Care, the Emergency Room is to "provide unscheduled outpatient services to patients whose condition requires immediate care." This Emergency Room is trying to turn itself into an Intensive Care room, not for which the Emergency Room is supposed to be.

Odd to say a visit to the ER was favourable, but the wait to register went fairly quickly and the Doctor and Nurse handling the intake were stellar with amazing 'bedside manner'. Dr Tse makes everything clear and calm and keeps things chill despite whatever is going on.
The nurses are personable and keep things running smoothly.

I am here right now with my Son for a psychiatric emergency and every single one of the Staff has been warm, straightforward, and patient with him. He received quick attention by the Doctor and she was amazing in tapping in to his needs.

I have been to many hospitals over the last year in trying to get my Son the help and care he needs for his psychosis. John Muir by far has been the most caring and has actually LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD the desperation and frustration we feel dealing with a horrible mental health system.

I don’t know if this will be the last time; but I am hopeful for the first time in a long time. Thank you with all of my heart for the help you have given us.

Let me start by saying I'm so gratefully appreciative of the staff that assisted me yesterday. As busy as the ER was my concerns or requests did not go unnoticed no matter how frustrating the situation could be Shayne was amazing!! I am so grateful for all his assistance yesterday as well as Dr. Lui and Dr. Prescott. Everyone was truly amazing and I can't thank the concord er team enough for all you do!!!!
