I’ve never met a more honest or caring dentist than Dr. Jimenez. Recently, he refunded me for an excessive co-payment after successfully claiming the full amount from my insurance—a step that many practitioners might not take. Dr. Jimenez is warm, compassionate, and genuinely loves nature, as evidenced by the lush, rainforest-like garden outside every treatment room. Waiting for the local anesthesia kicking in feels like relaxing in a tranquil retreat.

Beyond his integrity and commitment to a soothing environment, Dr. Jimenez is also a talented tenor. His beautiful singing before the procedures truly helps put patients at ease, even during those moments of discomfort like injections. Thanks to him, my childhood fear of the dentist chair has completely faded. I highly recommend Dr. Jimenez for anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring dentist.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Jimenez and somehow he made time to treat me yesterday. It’s my first (and hopefully only) root canal. My experience was the same as described in these other glowing reviews.

The office is unexpectedly an oasis. Walls have art, there are colors, and there is a garden view with lush greenery and flowers.

His staff is both friendly and efficient… His assistant was fantastically informative and solicitous.

Dr. Jimenez explained everything and educated me as he went along—my favorite thing. To say he is an incredibly precise person and that it shows in every detail is an understatement.

He has a wonderful sense of humor (appropriate!), a special personal warmth, and very high professional standards.

He carefully monitored my every reaction to offer instant information and reassurance or to adapt his treatment to make me as comfortable as possible. Honestly, it was not painful—and still isn’t 24 hours later.

My wife had seen him before and told me that he’s her favorite. I wondered how one can have a favorite dentist—but I don’t anymore. What a great doctor.

There are no words to say enough about him but here goes. 1. a time when i had a root canal that had gone bad from previous dentistt. so much pain called him he got me in Oh its our day off training on new equipment, but will not see a patient in pain. I am over 60 years of age many dentist quiet a few root canals. Jimeneze xrays and fixes. Recently an old root canal gone bad, he fixed and also saved the crown nope do not need new crown i fixed and sealed it good as new. saved me 1k. awesome......here comes my wife ok bad tooth can we save or extract. Ok I can save but it will go bad in about 10 years. so I do not want to waste your money extract and do implant long term you save money.....say what an honest doc? wow... This guy is awesome!! Santa Cruz county is so lucky to have him!!!

I was referred to Dr. Jimenez by my dentist for a suspected infection in a new crown. I'd never had a root canal before and it was not nearly as bad as I'd heard. He's both extremely professional and caring. His staff are excellent too. Strongest recommendation.

Need a root canal? Please forget your dentist and go to Dr Jimenez; not only is he the best endodontist, he is the best doctor of any kind I have experienced. If all doctors-- all right, let's just say more--doctors had his skill and concern, there would be less suffering and more people who trust the medical system.
To most doctors: Drop the arrogance. Listen to your patients, try a little empathy, and start taking responsibility for your mistakes and failures.

Dr Jimenez is a wonderful person and a true miracle worker. I have seen him for numerous jobs and he saved my teeth every time. His office has great energy and customer service. We are very lucky to have him locally. He has a great personality and awesome selection of music:)and he will explain patiently what the job involves and he will take his time to create the best. Dr. Jimenez is an incredibly skilled endodontist. He managed to save a tooth that had been a bother on my dental health for years. I was blown away by his technique, extremely friendly staff and his ability to calm my nerves around going to the dentist. I never want to get another root canal ever again but if I do, I am going to Dr. Jimenez again.

I've read Dr. Jiminez described as a "miracle worker," and it's true. After several other dentists had given up on my failed root canal and were advising me to get the tooth extracted, Dr. Jiminez found the problem and solved it. Now I still have a sound, healthy tooth!
