Working to schedule routine procedures is VERY difficult. I have called this office probably 8 times now, and not once has the scheduler been available to take the call. It's amazing to me that there is only ONE person that can schedule for the procedure in question. For folks not sitting at home waiting for the call, it's near impossible to schedule. If you are in a line of work where you can't just drop everything and take their call, you are doomed to struggle with scheduling. There must be a better way!

I am over the moon with the service and care my family and I received during the birth of our daughter. The entire team is amazing and Dr. Ewell was a doctor I could connect with during my prenatal check ups. I am beyond greatful to the whole team who truly showed compassion throughout my birth experience.

I receive excellent care here from Dr. Westbrook! Words cannot begin to describe the personalization that I get as a patient of hers. I was previously with Dr. Westbrook at another clinic, but I can tell that having her with Ivinson Medical Group has improved her accessibility. She has always been fantastic, but recently she has really surpassed my expectations (which she already set the bar pretty high for herself!). She follows up directly with me, checks in with me, and really makes life easier when it comes to my health care. I am excited to now be a patient with Ivinson Medical Group, and continue to be a patient of the AMAZING Dr. Westbrook!

Phillips has a recall going from cpaps and bipaps containing carcinogenic materials. I finally got word that my machine was going to be replaced-- after filing a claim in November 2022. I did as instructed, gave the name and phone number of my primary care provider in order for the Phillips people to contact the doctor to get the prescription. A day later I get a call that, because I haven't recently been in, the doctor would not give that prescription info to the company.

I have been out of work for five years now and do not qualify for any sort of governmnt assitance, clearly, I can afford to go get a check up every year.

This is the second time this doctor's office has refused to interact with another medical agency outside of Ivinson for proper patient care.

I highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

The problem with this group is that it takes up to 2 months to get an appointment. In a town the size of Laramie this is absolutely ridiculous.

I feel that most of the reviews here are ingenuine and more in support of another local practice. I made the switch to Dr. Follett and I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am. She has been very kind, thoughtful, and engaging with my children. No there isn't a giant play area for kids while you wait but the medical care is top notch. They have the best screening measures for growth and development in the community (and I am a professional who is trained in evaluating these areas). In addition, because they are connected to the hospital and all the local providers, they have all the medical documentation between organization is immediate without needing releases and time before records are sent. It has been wonderful coordinating my child's care through them. They have been courteous and very personable. It is a new center so everything is still developing it's warmth but the care and effort from staff is top notch!

For privacy I won't name the specific doctor I had to visit. Doctor didn't listen, didn't even examine me, nor did any staff do so much as ask what I was there for. Assumed I was there for another long since resolved issue, came in saying "Your results are clear, nothing there"- even though those results were months old from a previous unrelated issue. When informed of the issue, prescribes me meds, disregards my concerns and says "Well that is all I've got".

Dr. Herriott is in the top 1% of medical professionals. She took her time going through my wife’s chart, answering all of my wife’s questions and asking relevant questions for us to think about. If only we could have her as our doctor for every step of our life. We cannot recommend her and IMG enough. If you’re having a baby do yourself a favor and have Dr. Herriott deliver them.
