I am deeply disappointed with my current home infusion pharmacy. As a TPN patient, I rely on accurate and high-quality supplies for my daily health needs, and this pharmacy consistently fails to meet basic standards. My nurse and I even found a hair embedded under the label of these bags. The TPN bags were supposed to compounded in a sterile environment.
The packing staff are highly unprofessional and clearly lack familiarity with the supplies required. Over 60% of my orders contain errors, which is unacceptable for a service where precision and reliability are critical. The dressing change kits provided are of extremely low quality, making them unsuitable for proper use. Most shockingly, I received a box of expired sterile gloves—an egregious and dangerous mistake that shows a complete disregard for patient safety.
Additionally, the intake specialist has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. Every time I call, I am met with rudeness and an unwillingness to help, which only adds stress to an already challenging situation. Patients deserve compassion and professionalism, especially when dealing with something as critical as home infusion care.
Having worked with other infusion pharmacies, this is by far the worst experience I've had. It’s baffling that this pharmacy comes recommended by esteemed institutions like UCLA and Cedars-Sinai. These endorsements gave me initial confidence, but the reality has been nothing short of appalling.
For patients who depend on infusion pharmacies, trust, professionalism, and empathy are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this pharmacy has proven time and again that it cannot be trusted to handle such a critical responsibility.

I am grateful to IV League for their timely response in delivery to my home of my infusions and whenever issues occurred, only twice in three years, they sent out someone to assist my nurse or bring additional supplies. Their personnel are always courteous and responsive. I highly recommend IV League.

I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. My father was in the hospital for 3 weeks and they wanted to send him to a nursing home but we were able to bring him home and have his TPN infused here instead. Their representative JP was friendly and coordinated everything to ensure a smooth transition to home. They arranged for a nurse to meet us before we even left the hospital. This was a stressful time for our family but IV league made it as smooth as possible and I’m so happy we could bring my dad home.

This pharmacy Huffed and puffed and blew the house down because the Home Health agency that was going to send an RN to do infusion therapy called their own pharmacy, so IV League threw a fit and said that they needed to be the one to fill the order. And that this was outrageous that another pharmacy was called to fill the order. I get to work the next day, the RN shows up and guess what there’s no medication delivered. I called Ivy League pharmacy and they actually tried to claim that I told them to cancel the order. No contemporaneous notes to support the claim. They just said it. I had to call the doctor for them to do a voice order before they would refill it. They did not admit to making a mistake. And they did not apologize for the mistake that they made. I went out of my way to accommodate these people and then they canceled the order and claimed that I told them to do that. There’s no evidence to support that claim, and I never told them to cancel the order. Quite the contrary. I called the other pharmacy and did a three-way with them to make sure that the other pharmacy canceled their order so Ivy League pharmacy can fill the order. And they did not fill the order. The order will be filled this evening. The RN visited today for no reason. No apology from the pharmacy. You’re free to draw your own conclusions about how to proceed.

They were at two stars. Now I’m changing to one star. They’re trying to charge the co-pay that they promised they would not charge which is what prompted the family to cancel the order with the other pharmacy in the first place. Best. Pharmacy. Ever.

Their delivery service has much to be desired. I have suffered from an illness that has put me in your death and I am unable to drive. I have been relying on IV League they might to get me my medication’s in a timely matter. They tell you when medication’s will be delivered, but rarely actually keep it in the window that they give you. There’s never a follow up call to let you know when they will arrive. For the third week of this service now I’ve run out of medication and was promised to delivery by 2 PM. I’m writing this at 9:15 PM and I’ve never heard back from them or received a courtesy call. I got in touch an answering service and I’m now told that I might get my medication’s by 11 PM. seriously? You tell me 2 PM and then it’s going to be 11? This pharmacy King recommended by Cedars Sinai. I plan on complaining loudly to my doctor and I’m going to look for another pharmacy to continue a treatment. This will not stand.

My father was sent home from the hospital with an order for IVs and the IV League promptly delivered the IVs with the necessary supply. Subsequently, following chemotherapy, he was prescribed TPN IVs and once again IV League and their representative Cindy delivered. For over 2 months, they deliver the TPN to our house on a weekly basis. They monitor his blood work and call me to set up the delivery day/time. They haven't missed one yet and the supplies are always spot on. I also called the pharmacist after hours when I did not know how to inject insulin into the TPN. He was very cordial even though it was 10pm on a Saturday evening. He understood we were just discharged from the hospital. I have nothing but good comments about IV League.
