Had to change providers.. This one is consistently late. But if you're late you get reprimanded as this is unacceptable.. She has completely forgotten my appointment. No call no show.. If you were to do this you would be hit with financial charges and you would be reminded how unacceptable this is, and how important their time is..

She will provide you with a "sorry" and then say "therapists are human too".. This is all you get.

As she comes off proud and unapologetic.

Their time is deemed important and you must respect it. Your time is not as important as there's, that is why they will give you a minimalist apology and you will get nothing more.. I demand better than this therefore I'm going to another provider.. I have copies in my emails that all what I'm saying is true..
