I started treatment with Dr. Jessica Workman at IPA almost 3 years ago. In addition to multiple back issues I have had for many years, I have a complex Thoracic spinal issue that required a multi-level Thoracic spinal fusion surgery. I was treated both before and after surgery. Jessica is a therapist who listens to my symptoms in detail as they change, does research, collaborates with others in her profession and comes up with personalized plans to address the actual problems I am having. I have been to many physical therapists over the last 20 years and by far Jessica has given me the most personalized treatment plan and more positive results than any other.
The offices are exceptionally clean, offering private rooms for treatment making it a comfortable experience all around. I have had the experience of meeting and working with a few of the other therapists and all have been excellent. The office staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating to my needs.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jessica, and IPA Physical Therapy.

At a time when I was so helpless and defeated IPA literally saved me. Every single therapist is incredible and knowledgeable. They all have so much to offer and are true healers. Specifically Jessica has been a huge blessing. She is so intuitive. Listens to you & wants to take the time to find the root of the problem. From the front desk staff to the therapists, the care I have received at IPA Physio has been top notch. I have been working with Dr. Pete for treatment on a lingering injury. I appreciate the focus identifying the root cause of the injury, which means looking at movement patterns throughout the entire body. I have learned so much during my treatment, which has consisted of manual therapy as well as strengthening exercises. I have even been able to continue activity throughout my treatment.

I have been visiting IPA Physio for the past 18 months and have found it to be an outstanding experience. I typically visit on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and have sought their care for a variety of different injuries.

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and help to create a positive and enjoyable environment. The clinic itself is clean and well-equipped. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the private consultation/physio rooms where I’m able to receive treatment and openly discuss my condition with my physio. The care that I have received has always been thorough and attentive and I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am always afforded the opportunity to explain my condition in full detail whilst feeling like I am being listened to. I don’t feel rushed or interrupted.
I’ve been impressed with IPA’s level of clear communication and their dedication to taking the time to customize a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to me. They do an excellent job at modifying any exercises that I’m not able to complete and I never feel pressured or embarrassed during those moments.
