This company is a complete scam and taking advantage of the Pandemic. I bought the Covid test through Walmart and same as everyone else, delayed orders and shipping date. I contacted them before shipping to cancel it and they just ignore my message. They waited until they shipped it to tell me it is too late to cancel. My packaged arrived days after the original arrival date and the package was damaged. I sent them 15 messages before and after receiving the package to cancel or return the item, they just ignored it. Walmart’s customer return wont take it back since it is a 3rd party seller, this company found the loophole to cheat consumers. Shame on you Intrivo.

I ordered covid tests from this company and received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. I see that some folks have complained about delivery but understand this can be a carrier problem such as FedEx or UPS. Can honestly say I received great customer service and look forward to seeing what this company does next.

Horrible experience with their home test. I used them twice, preferring to buy these on Amazon instead of taking the free ones from the government. However, the third box I received had an expiration date a couple of weeks away from when I purchased - no good for when I needed them. The company said the FDA extended the date, but I saw no evidence for that. I felt uncomfortable, asked for a refund, offered to return the tests unopened in the same package they came in, and was refused!! Multiple times, including with Amazon intervention. This company preferred to lose a customer rather than refunding $28 (for two boxes) due to my concerns. I call this very poor customer service, and also don't trust anything they say.

My tests arrived on time and were simple to use. Everyone gives this company a bad reputation because of the FDA expiration extension they received, which is a common practice for all at-home covid-19 test kit brands. People are simply too lazy to look up their lot number or check for expiration extension information on their website, Amazon, Shopify, or the FDA website.

Purchased test kits and never arrived. I asked for a refund and its been over a month with no response. I keep calling and they keep delaying the refund. After 4 calls, I decided to dispute it with my credit card company and someone told me I should submit a complaint to the County of Los Angeles Public Health for mismanagement and fraud related to Covid-19 response efforts.
We should involve Walmart to the complaint since they are not doing anything on their end.

This company charged me over $100 for two test kits that I didn't order plus a tip that was delivered with a Walmart grocery order. I called to have the kits returned and get a refund which they refused. On their Facebook page, they are giving tests away for free. Walmart does not know how this happened either. What a scam!

I ordered test kits on 12/24. For delivery before leaving TOWN for New Years Eve event.
I continued to receive delay in delivery messages. I received 1/3 after returning home. Even though return policy states can return to the store, walmart will not take a return. Intrivo will not respond to my emails, no available employees for on line chat AND no one answers the phone. . Terrible business practices INTRIVO

Ordered via Walmart. They took my payment, provided false/incorrect tracking information. Product hasn't arrived and will not arrive in time. Do not trust this company to deliver their product when promised.
