I first started going to inspire physical therapy after my femur fracture. I had to have emergency surgery on my femur, with a rod and screws put in. I have been working tirelessly with Tiffany, and she has been absolutely outstanding. The effort that she puts into every session is incredible. She has rapidly improved my range of motion in my leg, and her therapeutic massages are out of this world. I am an athlete, mostly a skier, and I have no other option but to have a positive prognosis thanks to inspire PT’s care.

If you are looking for a physical therapy practice that promotes community, healing, and friendship, look no further than inspire PT! I will also be going here for my wrist physical therapy as well, as I have just had surgery for a schaphoid non-union fracture.

I started going to Inspire Physical Therapy this past winter for my shoulder and I am currently going there for post surgical care for the partial knee replacement I just had. I have had three previous knee surgeries as well as other injuries so I am quite familiar with physical therapists, I can say without a doubt that the physical therapists at Inspire are among the best I've ever seen. The physical therapists make sure you push hard enough to progress but not so much that you over do it. The care is individualized and varied which makes each session unique and challenging. If you are an athlete, elderly, in high school or college, and you find yourself in need of a physical therapist....You should seriously consider Inspire Physical Therapy.

SEEKING INSPIRE PHYSICAL THERAPY TO WORK REMOTELY. I am presently doing physical therapy on the Kenai Peninsula and am not receiving the high quality experience that I received when I recovered with Inspire Physical Therapy a few years earlier. The staff at Inspire Physical Therapy are able to balance an array of exercises with the appropriate amount of challenge that will strengthen your body and inspire your soul. Tiffany was my PT and worked directly with me on developing a program that was unique to my needs,as an active skier, looking to get back on the slopes. I appreciated some breathing room while doing my exercise routine and the positive encouragements to improve techniques. The staff was friendly and provided a top notch experience in a comfortable and professional facility.

At the time I took it all for granted. Now having now experienced other facilities and staff, I can say that Inspire Physical Therapy provides the highest level of professional healing. Thanks for helping me.

My physician recommended Inspire for physical therapy after total hip replacement last October. The staff was always very efficient and professional and the atmosphere at Inspire is more like family. With the excellent care and attention from my physical therapist, I am again back to my very active lifestyle. I highly recommend them for anyone needing this care.

As a competitive athlete for well over a decade and a half, I've had many injuries, some of which have involved surgery and the dreaded PT. Having done (and disliked) PT on the Kenai Peninsula, Idaho and Colorado (some as a Division 1 Athlete) I was reluctant to try out a new place without a recommendation. Two friends and my doctor recommended this place to me and said it was really good. I am happy I took their advice. I ended up having a two part knee surgery, a year apart. Inspire was there for me the whole process. Always motivating, encouraging but patient. Tiffany demonstrated a depth of knowledge to recovery that I found extremely helpful and really supported my mental well being through the long process. I would definitely recommend Inspire Physical Therapy to everyone, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Inspire Physical Therapy truly lives up to their name.... I started going there last spring after my second torn ACL in the past 14 months. Being active, healthy, and independent, it was very frustrating at first, but Tiffany and her staff were very attentive to my needs and helped me to get on track to living with a blown knee and focusing on other aspects of my life and the abilities that I still had. I started paying attention and chatting to other clients that were being helped simultaneously and realized how important physical therapy was in helping to cultivate a more positive mindset for the healing process. After consulting with Tiffany, I decided to forgo an uncertain adventure for surgery abroad or to the lower 48 and stay here in AK instead. While it may be cheaper to go elsewhere, the intrinsic value of post-care recovery and quality physical therapy is huge and is something worth considering. It provides therapy for more than just the physical aspect of well-being, but for your overall mental and spiritual well-being on your road to recovery as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been going here for years for multiple reasons. They are the best! All the Dog love, and staff attentiveness is so homey. Yes the atmosphere is relaxing, but they make you want to do your best at the same time.
