Innisfree Nursing Center

It’s very unfortunate that I had to get my dad here but after getting him here, I was impressed with great confidence at how he was treated, how we were treated as family, at how incredible and dedicated the staff is….. everything. The food is really good, they tailored his meals to the things he likes…..the place is super clean. The rooms are big. Halls are wide. I can’t say enough about the staff. They’re so good that I can’t even call one out by name because they’re all on that same plain of performance. I pray I never have to come back but if there’s another crisis in my family, this is where we will be. Thanks to each of you for your compassion and for the pursuit of excellence in your craft.

This place is by far the most fantastic care facility around. I have been inside many different nursing homes and this facility is by far the most clean of them all. The staff is really caring to the patients and treats them like family. It is heartwarming to know good nursing homes like this are out there.

To the worker who just snatched the doordash order.. you ain't stopping anything I got going. I get to leave that place, you don't. Lmao ?

The food is terrible. The CNA'S are awesome. Very nice and helpful. As far as upper management, they're just here . Plan on moving ASAP! Very uncomfortable here. The call lights were not working for 7 days in a row. Food is always cold. Wonder if they serve their own families cold food? Had wounds to both legs, wound vacs placed in the hospital. Now have a reoccurring infection in bilateral legs again.

Checked mother in. Nurse was eating something, chewing with her mouth full of food. It dropping out onto the bed they put her in. Started changing her clothes in front of everyone including a stranger who was male. She signaled for nurse and had to wait 30 minutes to use bed pan. Shameful.

Very beautiful. Residents seemed very much at home. Staff was kind and friendly.
