Management is a joke. Want to change policy daily to fit their needs. Poor communication and constant turn over in management and employees. Run from this company. Take your family member somewhere they're going to be properly cared for and not in a place that can't even clean dirt off a wall. Disgrace

My mom has been at Inglehaven (assisted living area) for about a 2 years. Management seems to change often, and employee turnover is always happening. The care she receives is average for $5, 600 a month. The walk way & entrance to assisted living is a disgrace. Dead bushes, big thistles, dead trees in green space & right next to parking area. It seems like there is no pride in the facility. Last Winter there was one light working on the backside of the building where you enter the assisted living. There are many other light fixtures out there but only one on. Probably just needs new bulbs but no one cares! It is very poorly lit. Below are pictures taken today of the sidewalk that takes you to the assisted living entrance. How inviting is that bench in the 3rd picture where you can visit with your loved one surrounded by thistles & other weeds? I believe the facility is owned by someone in Illinois who is taking in the dollars & not investing in the facility.

my mom lived at Ingleside in skilled care for almost 4 years. We could not have picked a better place. The quality of care from nurses to CNAs to dietary to housekeeping and activities was stellar. Your aged person will be beautifully cared for.

This was my second time at Ingleside for rehabilitation for an infection. The first was during the covid problems. I left the hospital and was taken to Ingleside. This time when I left the hospital it was my choice to go to Ingleside. I arrived with cancer and pneumonia which caused me to be very weak. I was treated with great care and concern during my stay.

The therapist were all so helpful to get me back to where I should be, health wise. The nurses were all very helpful especially when I needed something extra for my pain. The people that I had the most contact with were the CNA's. They were all very special both during the day and night. When ever I need help they were always right there to help me.

When I arrived I lost over 30 pounds and did not want to eat. The food was just fine and when I left I was eating just about everything I was given.

Over all, if I needed therapy again I would go back to Ingleside.

Ken and I are so pleased that we chose Ingleside as the place to care for our longtime friend Paul. As much as he struggled with wanting to go home the staff there made his last months of his life the best they could be and he soon saw Ingleside as his new home. And all of this while the staff dealt with pandemic shutdowns and stressful work. We understand it is not easy to work with the elderly who are afflicted with dementia and the staff handled things in a stellar manner.

I know it's hard for the staff that work in skilled nursing facilities. Especially this year, the pandemic makes it 100x more challenging. That's why, more than ever, you need to show appreciation to the front line staff, and all the staff. Even if it's a xmas gift card. They need the motivation and they need to feel appreciated. To do nothing and say nothing to these hard working people who are saving lives, that's just disappointing.

As much as the the cnas are very good and extremely kind the establishment itself has zero regard for it's employees and residents. Do not send your loved ones here. Also, please do not reach out to me. I have nothing to say to you. This review will likely change once the employees start being treated respectfully. As for now...1 star all day.

My mom is 104 and has resided at Ingleside for the past seven months. During that time, there have been numerous instances in which the staff and administration have evidenced their kind and caring manner. My mother and I are fortunate to have the precious resource of Ingleside here in Mount Horeb!
