I just got off the phone with Kim. There was a billing issue with insurance, and as I was asking 2 separate questions related to insurance billing, she rudely chuckled under her breath TWICE right after I asked the questions. I thought it was the phone the first time, but the second time, I calmly asked her what was funny about my question, and her tone completely changed. She became rude, raised her voice, and threatened collections and playing the victim for me confronting her rude reactions. I really couldn't believe it, but it happened. They are very disorganized about billing and will blame you for their disorganization. This was a small bill too, can't imagine something big. Go somewhere else and get a quote before service. It will save you! Hygenist was always great. The office is a disaster.

If there were 10 stars available, I would give Dr. Ingersoll all 10. When prospects of my dental situation became absolutely bleak to the point of utter depression, Dr. Ingersoll to the rescue! He has been my hero since Day One, reassuring and positive. I've always felt from the beginning, that he has a desire to know his patients, he comes to appointments prepared with all the details and particulars of each patient's situation and needs. I believe that emanates all through the office, I've found the same caring attitude with his staff as well. At my final appointment everyone was so happy for me, Dr. Ingersoll and his staff hoorayed as I walked in 🙂 How great is THAT! They were as happy for me as I was! And on top of that, I am thrilled beyond belief at the fine job that was done and happier than I ever thought I would be with the outcome. If you're looking for a dentist who will treat you with kindness, respect and listen intently to you, Dr. Ingersoll is the one. So glad we have him available to us here!!

Always satisfied with cleaning and crown but the billing of insurance is not good. Told us we owed for a cleaning and dr exam that was covered by our insurance. When we called our insurance they said it was billed wrong and told us how it should be done. Called office and told them to resubmit. Somehow the way they did it the money was sent to us, we were out of country and never got check. At next cleaning Dr ingersol and office manager confronted us for the money, tried to not let my husband leave the office to call insurance Co to find out what happened. We had been going there for many years and have spent $1000 s of dollars with bills always paid. Very unprofessional.

These humans treat people like humans. They are very professional and personable. I haven't found any dentist who has treated me with such respect and understanding and they are so amazing that you feel like your coming in to have a friend visit. I haven't been able to feel greatful about the work a dentist as done in years. I am very nervous going to visit a dentist because of awful experiences in the past and I think Dr. Ingersoll and his staff are so great at what they do. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and never treated me like just another patient. Honestly I can't say enough good things about him and his whole staff. So professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs someone who understands the stresses some of us go through when visiting the dentist. Again, thank you Dr. Ingersoll, wife, and staff!!

Comforting staff with great personalities that put me at ease. The cleaning was the best cleaning I've received in my life! Dr.Ingersoll was kind and spoke simply so I could fully understand, not only everything he was doing, but also why he thought a procedure would be appropriate and told me step by step what would need to be done. The staff also prepped an estimate with my insurance for a future appointment and there's actually availability! Not waiting months for a treatment.

I can’t recommend this dentist enough! Everyone in the office is so kind. Amber is so sweet and great with my 6 year old, he’s actually excited for his next checkup! I have pretty bad dentist anxiety and Dr. Ingersoll was so patient and understanding and made sure I was as comfortable as possible at my filling appointment. Ingersoll Family Dentistry is truly exceptional! Where to start?!? Whenever we move, one of the most difficult tasks is finding a dentist we trust. Both my husband and I have needed extensive dental work over the years. Consequently, we both dread going. However, after one visit with Dr. Ingersoll and his staff, this has been completely reversed. He and his entire staff are AMAZING!

My husband came out of his office beaming from ear to ear, telling everyone he ran into about his great experience. Dr. Ingersoll took the time to explain things about his dental history that have never been explained before. Dr. Ingersoll made a plan that he feels comfortable and confident with. To top it off, the hygienist was excellent. She is pleasant yet informative, and thorough yet gentle, which was especially a relief to my husband who hates anyone touching his previously injured teeth.

If that wasn’t enough, our 6 year old daughter recently needed a tooth extracted, and she came out smiling as well! Everyone was so encouraging. All of our kids beg to go back to the dentist. Ingersoll Family Dentistry goes above and beyond in creating a safe, educational, and friendly environment. We are thankful for everyone in the office and how they go above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you!
