This company has been by far the best company to work for! Such great management and leadership. As well as caring clients. If I could rate this it would be a 10/10!! Highly recommend coming and working for us!! Best caregiving company there is around PA!

Would love to ask the people giving them high marks what services they used this agency for. They have yet to assign an aide for our family that shows up. We an aide who called off on her first night of work

They’ve sent aides who don’t even know how to use a lift.

Do they pay too low? Do they not screen properly? We have yet to see anything worthy of more than one star. Would not recommend.

I am a current employee with independent home health care. This is definitely one of the better companies that I have worked for. They are very understanding and helpful. The flexibility of the hours is definitely helpful as well, as I work 2 jobs. I would definitely recommend independent home health care to people looking to join the home health field!

I’ve been an employee for IHH since 10/24/24. The office staff is amazing and with help you with anything. I love the rewards programs they offer and also they do their best to place you with clients that best suite your personality and to get along with. Great company to work for.
