I don't normally do positive reviews, but the experience I had today was so meaningful and touching, I felt like it was meant to be. Pat was amazing. She made me feel like I was more than just a body. I was a human who was scared and alone and she made me feel comfortable and safe and I really am so thankful I met her and that she was who helped me. Not only did you make this scary moment smooth, you told me the good news and thank you. You rock!!! ♡ I

The lobby was very clean and welcoming which I can only imagine helps people. Front staff was also great!

I’ve had three mammograms here, and with each one my experience has been consistently lovely: the staff at the front are welcoming and kind, the space is clean and well stocked with comfort items, and best of all, my technician has been the same person. She has been doing this job for 30+ years and she is confident and proficient and so kind. I know the process of getting a mammogram can be painful but she does such a lovely job of making sure she is getting the best images for the radiologist while still treating me with care and respect. The turn around for reviewing the images is relatively quick (especially if you access the portal) and they always send me reminders when it’s due. Scheduling was a breeze. My appointment was within 1 week of my call!

I was very pleased with my entire experience. We called at noon on Friday for a specialized ultrasound and the scheduler was able to squeeze me in for the last appointment of the day at the Eagle River clinic. This worked very well because I am in a good deal of pain and needed to get diagnostic work done for my internist ASAP.
We were greeted at the door by the CEO, Ward Hinger, who thanked us for choosing Imaging Associates.
The front desk and technician were very competent and helpful.
It was also nice to have some coffee once my procedure was completed because I had fasted for 8 hours. ?

Quick and easy. Beautiful location and friendly staff. Professional while still kind 🙂 loved the online checkin process that also made check in quick and painless. The imaging tech was very professional and made me feel comfortable- thank you!

As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted and immediately able to start checking in. The payment process was incredibly straightforward. Everyone from the front desk to both people conducting my x-rays was kind and made sure all my questions were answered and needs were met. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing imaging done.
