Hy-Vee Pharmacy in La Crosse, WI has been an absolute lifesaver for our family! The pharmacy staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making every interaction a pleasant experience. One of the best services they offer is the "SureMed by Omnicell" Pill Pack system, which has simplified our mother’s complex medication schedule in ways we never thought possible.

The pills are packaged monthly in individual dosage bubble packs, organized by week and divided into morning, afternoon, evening and bedtime doses. This thoughtful system ensures that our mother takes the correct medication at the right time, eliminating the stress and frustration of managing multiple prescriptions.

The cost of this service is very reasonable and Hy-Vee Pharmacy even used her current stock of medications from home to get the system started quickly. On top of that, they offer free home delivery, adding even more convenience! Transferring her prescriptions to Hy-Vee was easy and seamless.

We couldn’t be happier with the Pill Pack service and the outstanding support from the Hy-Vee Pharmacy team. I wish more people knew about this amazing service- it has truly made a positive difference in our mother’s life.
