Trotz Pflegestufe 3 wird meiner Oma oftmals beim Ankleiden nicht geholfen und sie wurde auch schonmal im Unterhemd frierend liegen gelassen mit der Begründung es wären keine Klamotten vorhanden, was nicht der Tatsache entsprach. Selbst wenn es so gewesen wäre, kann man einen älteren und todkranken Menschen doch nicht einfach frierend sich selbst überlassen. Der Körperhygiene müssen wir als Angehörige intensiv hinterher telefonieren damit dies zumindest einmal wöchentlich erfolgt. Trotz vorheriger Ankündigung wurde die Bewohnerin nicht bis zum externen Arzttermin angekleidet und gewaschen. Dies musste dann mit Zeitdruck von einer Angehörigen übernommen werden. Beschwerden werden von der Verwaltung nicht ernst genommen. Da wir eine große Familie sind und unsere Oma demnach auch viel unangekündigten Besuch bekommt, fallen uns diese Missstände auf. Die Bewohner, die diesen familiären Rückhalt nicht haben, tun mir persönlich leid.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Heim gepflegt sauber, von der Heim Leitung bis zu den Pflegekräften sind alle super es wird sehr viel für die Heim Bewohner gemacht Mann kann auch gut parken ist alles ebenerdig, sie schauen auch sehr gut auf die Bewohner wie es ihnen geht und was sie machen und wo sie sind Mann kann nur es entlfelen
