Hope Behavioral Healthcare

My fiance has been trying to get an appointment with this place for MONTHS. "We'll call you back", "oh I'm sorry your insurance was just approved well call you back next week" there was never a call. After reading other reviews I can see this is normal. Highly unprofessional place that clearly doesn't care about people. This has just added to his stress among other things. Hope behavioral healthcare Lol. Hope? Yeah right. They don't provide hope.

Terrible place. Lost paperwork, discharged a patient because the therapist did not get along with her. Scheduling was terrible would come in at the time they wrote down and say no appointment, show them the hand written card and just got a shrug.

Wasted our time for months. Therapist we were assigned was a joke and lied to us. He was working on it for over year........if you have a child that needs help go somewhere else.

This place has been awesome for both myself and my daughter. Our therapist is great and takes time to listen.

I have called THREE times to try to get an appointment and each time they have told me someone will call me back and they never do. Guess you have to be on the edge of suicide or homicide before they take you seriously.

These people are rude, unprofessional, & the wait time is ridiculous. They will cause more distress rather than relief. They don't care about the people they claim to help.

I thought all the staff worked hard at meeting my needs and as for both the Dr. And consolers. Above and beon
