I can believe that this campus of St Luke's exsit. They have the lowest regard of respect toward people of color. Just because you are located in a low income area does not give you the right to treat them in a undignified manner. Each employee in the ER need to go to training to learn how to respect others and themselves. This campus needs to close until they can get it together.
